Been Coming Here for Years. I love it here, great theater, nice understanding people! Plus never too busy! and prices aren't outrageous.
Excellent service. Friendly service and Very clean! Fresh popcorn, I've never had a stale bag! I put to much salt on the popcorn and they kindly gave me new. AWESOME place!
Great, trustworthy theater. I have always found the Rosemount theater to be cheaper and much more trustworthy than any other theater I've visited. I find it hard to believe the service could be that bad, there are always plenty of willing workers around to help. If it truly was that bad I'm positive the manager would give anyone who complained a refund. Very good place to hang out with friends or a date without it being too pricy.…
Previous review...credible?. I work at this theatre, have since june 2008, so I'm not going to rate, as i am a biased source (I am rating 5 stars to bring up the average though). I more just have a problem with the last review. I do admit that sometimes the credits get cut off, especially around then, we didn't have a good projectionist then, they all left in august. The problem I have with the other review is that when the review was written we had no male managers or assistant managers for weeks. (and its possible the counter was unmanned, but unlikely since thats prettymuch the hub for employees, 90% of work is done around that counter.)…
LOUSY SERVICE! Avoid at all costs. Whatever happened to customer service?.
The Marcus Theater in Rosemount MN gave my wife and I the worst movie experience we've ever had. Stay away! The service was lousy. No one was ever behind the counter when we went for refills.
We tried many times. No one was there. A ghost town. When we later complained about this, the "manager" wouldn't give us a refund.
Also, the movie stopped just as the credits started to roll. As movie buffs, we like to watch the credits and see the names of the cast, etc. Again, the "manager'" would do NOTHING to compensate us. He says, "You SAW the movie, you just didn't see the credits!" No sympathy whatsoever. We only wanted what we paid for!!! Is this any way to run a movie theater? We will NEVER go to this theater again. We'll go to the Carmike in Apple Valley or the Regal in Eagan.…
