A 171-acre regional park best known for its massive and impressive falls..
In Short
On summer weekend afternoons, the park is packed with family reunions and company outings. It's a great stop during a bike ride, and there are well-marked paths for hiking and nature viewing--be sure to take a walk down to the gorge. The falls are usually completely thawed by May, but they look cool in winter, too. The park also features tennis courts and a giant recreational building.
Best in the West. My boyfriends and I went here for a walk and it is absolutely beautiful this time of year. It was a little chilly but it was great. We will defiantly come this summer to see more.
A real park. This is a great place to go exploring and hiking. Not a good place for small children. There are lots of trails but many of them are rugged and are difficult to the out of shape or small children. The off leash dog park is the best place to go with your best friend! And when you're done the ice cream hit the spot.
Get Real. Park??? This so called park is NOT maintained clean as city or state parks. It needs lots of work to be considered a place to recommend or enjoy.
