Best Customer Service!. I was looking for necklaces for my bridesmaids and one sales associate helped me out incredibly. She was intent on making sure I got what I needed and she put a lot of time into it. I felt really cared for. I would recommend this Macy's to anyone and I will definitely be shopping there again!

Great place to avoid. Macy's Rosedale porvides the most negative shopping experience possible. The clerks are idiots need an inservice to determine the difference between sale coupons and the one that says "good on ANY purchase." The store is filthy - the restroom on the second floor of the Rosedale store had one operating toilet, the other two were out of order. It reeked and appeared to be in desperate need of cleaning.

The fitting rooms were equally as disgusting. It was bad enough when Dayton's became Marshall Fields. At least Marshall Field's had decent clothes and intelligent employees. I cannot believe Macy's is doing well enough in these troubled financial times to be able to put off potential customers. Thankfully there is a JC Penney and Herberger's store at the same mall!

customer service.. Worst customer service on planet. Ignored at least once everytime I wait at checkout. They walk right by you

like your someone else's problem. I once had four employees have conversation right next to the counter

while I waited, and waited. It felt like I was an airline passenger with no choice but to wait. Rosedale and

Southdale are the worst stores in the metro. Awful experiance.
