Don't Bother.... Usually when I go out to eat I expect to enjoy food that at least tastes better than anything I would cook at home. This unfortunately was not the experience I had at Dover. The food was luke warm and a sad looking mess when it arrived. It was bland, boring, blah. Our waitress didn't help make the evening any better. She neglected to bring us a wine menu, and when we did order both food and wine, we needed to point out our selections, as she apparently did not speak english well or did not know the menu very well. We both ordered soup, but this was forgotten...our bread basket came out AFTER our main course was served, and every interaction with the server was unorganized and clumsy. The restaurant is located adjacent to the Doubletree hotel in Saint Louis Park, but if I was ever staying there, I would recommend a Perkins over this place. Very much a disappointment.
