Twenty types of bagel--from sun-dried tomato to asiago to potato--are made to order with an array of deli meats, condiments and specialty "schmears," which come in more low-fat flavors than regular varieties. Signature panini, salads and the popular "bagel dog" tide over afternoon crowds, as do handy to-go lunchboxes for individuals and parties.

While in the TC, shopping.. you must stop for a nice deli style lunch here. Super coffee, great fresh bagel sandwiches. My favorite is the Square shaped bagels. The bagels are the best --not as good as NYC or MONTREAL. ... but it's decent for the midwest. I had a cookie too--homemade and great. My friend had soup which she said was out of sight. Good prices, neat atmosphere!
- Pros: great overall value--and food
- Cons: none
Almost like New York!

As a New Yorker, I'm always pleased to find delis & such that remind me of my hometown. This is a good place. Large selection of bagels, salads, cookies, etc. Friendly personnel. One can eat in or take out or combine the two. There's even soup available for cold days! There are no frills about Einstein's, and it's un-New York-like because the service is friendly, but prices are reasonable and the food tastes good. What more does one want? Oh, and the coffee was pretty nice, too.
- Pros: good coffee, moderately priced, friendly staff
