In Short – The no-reservations policy and limited seating make for long waits and crowds during rush times. First-daters sit at the sushi counter, while others take the tables near the window to watch the Lake Minnetonka scene. Sushi first-timer try the understated regular sushi platter. Regluras try nigiri sushi, which can feature snapper, striped sea bass or flounder. The Philly maki is four mosaic discs of smoked salmon melded with rich cream cheese and minced Japanese vegetables.

Not bad sushi considering we live in Minnesota! Great menu choices for sushi beginners and experts alike. I especially love the Tonka Maki roll. Lines can be long so get there early or else plan to sit at Jakes or Haskells and have a pre-dinner drink since there is almost no room to wait in the restaurant.
- Pros: Very Knowledgeable Servers - great menu selection
- Cons: Long waits
