In Short – Bright colors and comfortable furniture give this chain cafe a laid-back feel, with scattered tables that beckon coffee-sipping readers, chatters and diners. All baked goods--bagels, muffins, two dozen kinds of bread--are made fresh on the premises. Sandwiches include turkey-artichoke panini and Asiago roast beef, plus standards like chicken salad and smoked turkey. Soups change daily, but popular choices like broccoli and cheese, chicken noodle and French onion are always on the menu.

I really enjoy lunch at Panera. They have a great variety of soups, salads and sandwiches. The sandwich selections are more than your standard ham and turkey variety. The salads are unique and have wonderful flavor. The soups are always served warm and full of flavor. The staff at Panera is friendly and helpful and not at all impatient as you try and make up your mind looking at the menu. They offer a great lunch speical for $5.99. You pick any 2 for $5.99, soup, salad,or 1/2 sandwich. A spot you will put on your list of favorites!
- Pros: good parking, nice location, family friendly
- Cons: cozy by the fireplace
