Tips for Zantigo Mexican Restaurant

MISSED THE POINT. I've been to a few of the Zantigo's around the cities and this one always is weak. Their taco shells are low quality, almost like they bought them from Cub and microwaved them. I had a burrito that was mediocre but I would stick with the location in bloomington. I've given the woodbury location my last dollar.

I LOVE this place!. For many years I could only dream about the green chili and red chili burritos that I ate as a young teenager at Zapata's/Zantigo's. When Taco Bell bought them out (in the '80s?) there was a great void in my gut that nobody could fill. I have been a faithful customer ever since they re-opened as Zapata's in White Bear Lake. I think that they should grab onto some of those closed Hardy's locations around the Twin Cities and EXPAND!!!!
