Awesome Service. My boyfriend and I had great service at the Maplewood location. Lacey, who was helping us was top notch!! She was just great, once we started to near down the styles that I was most interested in, she knew exactly what to show me. She also had a beautiful diamond, that looked perfect in the setting. We will be doing our band shopping there. Thank you!

1st experience horrible one. I went in to sell some gold from out of town. I think the lady who helped us was Susan Median or something similar. While she was helping us she decided to have a conversation with other customers/employees. She obviously thought it was more important than focusing on her present customers. Her blatant disregard for customer satisfaction/ experience means I will never visit another one of your stores.

A good team to work with. I had gone to several jewelry stores in search of a nice unique ring for that special person in my life. The staff was very helpful from the get go and the selection of base rings (although a bit higher than some) was amazing. I decided after consideration to go with them to make the special ring for who is the most important person in your life. The original person we worked with was off the day I went in, however I had emailed her and she arranged for me to work with the manager and left notes indicating what we had been looking at which helped the next person know as well. When I went back to their store, they had notes posted saying I was coming so everyone knew what I was after. I sat down, picked out the band and then reviewed diamonds that would match the stones already on the ring. The entire time I was treated with respect and it felt as if I had known the person as a friend. It was a great experience for me. Upon leaving the store, I was joking around about getting a plastic ring from a box of a well known snack (CJ). Then I mentioned getting one from a 50 cent vending machine. The woman I was working with laughed and said, "We have candy rings" I asked for one. Brought it home and gave it to the future lady. She laughed big time. Sometimes it's the little things that matter and their attention and commitment was awesome. Thanks to all the staff who helped make the experience fun and exciting.

Don't have a repair done!. Update to this...

I was contacted by Erin at the Eden Prairie store. She was intent on seeing a satisfied customer and offered to take care of the repair personally. I took my ring out to her and she had the diamond reset at no cost. Really appreciate the service. While I won't go to the Maplewood store again, I wouldn't hesitate to visit Erin at the Eden Prairie store.

So disappointed with the quality of their repair service. I have had my wedding ring for 19 yrs now. Purchased it from Marquis Jeweler in Maplewood Mall and they were bought out by Wedding Day. In April, I had a diamond fall out after I banged it on a shopping cart. Because of the Wedding Day connection, I brought it there to have the diamond reset (I found the diamond when it fell out) and had the whole ring retipped so this wouldn't happen again. Hefty price of $215...which I thought was a bit on the high side! All was fine until 5 months later, the same diamond fell out again. I hit it on the wall - not very hard - and out it came. So disappointed after the money I spent on the last repair. I called to find out how long they warranty their work and was told it was only 30 days. The girl (Nikki) said there was nothing she could do and was sorry. I could understand them not guaranteeing their work if I hadn't had it retipped but I had it retipped so this wouldn't happen again. What a disappointment. Won't ever shop there again and will share this experience with everyone in the market for jewelry or jewelry repair.

Rip off artists.... Boycott this store & all locations. Read the BBB history about these scam artists. Don't sell your jewelry here, ever..... Don't believe the positive reviews. I recently sold jewelry ( big mistake) and asked for a receipt, BFE to mail that to me, the list of items I sold were listed incorrectly + the weight was incorrect for the total number of items. So the true value was not paid to me....ripped off!!!!!

Wedding Day - A HUGE POSITIVE experience!. I had gone to Wedding Day a couple weeks ago to inquire about selling my wedding rings. My husband passed away a couple years ago and - after SO MUCH emotion and thoughts, memories, etc. I wanted to take the next step to moving forward. I met with Brock, who detailed all the info. and choices, as well as making recommendations. I went home and returned, following a couple recommendations to try. I met with Brock again - what a refreshing experience to have a guide who is so knowledgeable and Human! Brock, and other staff I met - wow! Great in every way!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

SPECTACULOR SERVICE!!!. If you want an amazing ring with amazing service you need to go straight to Wedding Day Diamonds in Maplewood! I have never been to a place that has such an awesome staff (Susan and Charity Rock!!). If you have a question they have the answer. Super helpful and they will bend over backwards to do whatever it is that you need. They actually take time to explain things (cut and clarity of diamonds, prices, ect) and there is never any kind of pressure to buy! I know it sounds to good to be true.....check it out for yourself!

Wedding Day Diamonds Maplewood Rocks!. I had a great experience in your Maplewood store last Friday afternoon. I rolled in there to get a ring cleaned up and the staff that was in there at the time was great.

I walked in and was immediately reached out to by one of your employees who was actually working with another customer. (Employee had a shaved head) He directed someone from the back room to come out and help me….Your guy who helped me resize and clean up my ring was very courteous and bent over backwards to make sure I knew exactly what was going on.

As I waited for my ring to be finished up, your employee with the shaved head finished up with his first customer, he immediately shifted his focus to a couple of young gals who walked in with an inquiry about the value of some gold pieces they brought in.

It was obvious that the young gals had no idea what was going on, but your employee made them feel very important….and also made them feel like the family jewelry they brought in was of utmost importance to them….

I made no mention at anytime of my relationship with you etc….I was just another random customer walking in on a Friday afternoon.

Just thought you’d like to know that your employees over at the Maplewood store were representing you well.

A Wonderful Experience. I went into the Maplewood Wedding Day Diamonds over the weekend looking to sell some of my old jewelry, as well as peruse for new diamond earrings. I wasn't sure what I could get for my old diamond earrings, they were pretty scratched and worn. Wedding Day offered me a fantastic price for them, much more than I ever thought I could get. I also left with a brand new pair of 1/2 carat, total weight diamond earrings using some of the money that I got when selling my old earrings. As far as jewelers go the folks at Wedding Day Diamonds made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I will definitely be back!

Don't believe their ads when selling your jewely. I recently visited the Maplewood store with a superior estate quality diamond ring with a near-as-perfect as you can get half carat center stone with another quarter point of diamonds surrounding it, set in platinum. As the grandaughter of a jeweler and a life long gem-junkie like my mother, I was also armed with an independent appraisal done on the ring for $1800.00 in 1991. We all know what has happened to diamond and metal prices since then! I was offered $45.00 for the metal and $100-$200 for the stones. Never in my years was I so shocked and insulted. The only almost redeeming factor was the salesperson KNEW what I had and at least looked insulted by her own offer. Needless to say, the ring left with me and I will never enter another WDD to sell or buy. This is one insulted customer. I could probably get more on a street corner. These folks are modern day pirates.
