This was my first time making such a large purchase. I am EXTREMELY glad I came here first!! Lacey was great about showing me what I wanted to see and making me feel comfortable with my decision. I am very happy with my purchase! My fiance and I had stopped in about seven months ago and we picked out a ring. Finally when it came time to buy the ring, I was able to go back to the same salesperson, Lacey, who even remembered me because I wanted a pear shaped diamond. She helped us get a great deal on my engagement ring and band and was courteous and understanding in the process. Plus, WDD has a great warranty to boot! Overall, I am glad I went to WDD over the other jewelry stores.

Just a GREAT place to shop with kind, knowledgeable staff and a relaxing, stress-free environment. Lindsey and the whole sales staff exceed my high expectation every time I go in there and their warranty is truly second to none. I shopped around the cities for months going from jewelry store to jewelry store and landed on Wedding Day Diamonds in Maplewood, MN because of their service and warranty. Must read! Brock at WDD went far above and beyond the call of duty when helping me through the process. We were stuck in a tight spot due to another jeweler's classless business decisions (which forced me to walk away from the ring I wanted). Brock went so far as to call jewelers in other states to find a way for me to buy that very same ring (comes from a small designer). After he found a way to purchase the ring, he took it under the WDD warranty as if it was sold by him.

Also, during the diamond purchasing process, he was incredibly open and honest. He listened carefully to my wants/needs/wishes and after nearly 6 weeks, found me the perfect stone. I'm the pickiest of buyers and he supported me the whole way.

I couldn't have asked for a more dedicated person. He made finding the perfect ring possible. A level of customer service that I will never forget.

My engagement ring had a loose stone and my husband's wedding band had a chip in it, unfortunately we purchased these through an online retailer and I didn't know where to turn. Wedding Day Diamonds is close to home, so I stopped in and Mike Gores was immediately helpful! He was able to fix BOTH rings at no cost, and gave some great advice that will keep the rings in good shape for years to come. He also recommended I keep bringing the rings there for future cleanings, regardless of where I bought them! He was friendly, personable, and will always be my go-to in the future for anything jewelry related! Thank you Mike and Wedding Day Diamonds.

Great Experience. When my fiance and I started to look for engagement rings, we started off with the traditional stores such as Kays, Helzbergs, etc. We happened to come across Wedding day when I was considering selling a piece of jewelry. The gentleman that we were working with left the store shortly after helping us. When we return to look for a mounting and diamond and to get an idea of a 'unqiue' ring. From the start Lacey laid out so many options for us and was helpful from the start to beginning. She helped us get the best value for my fiance's wedding band and for the diamond, she was honest in telling us that the value of gold and the value of the diamond would continue to go up. She was right, the value of my fiance's wedding band double. She was wonderful with every single thing. I don't think we'll buy our jewelry anywhere else, and we wouldn't send anyone anywhere else.

Wonderful experience!. I have had such a great experience at Wedding Day Diamonds. They reset a center stone from a ring into a beautiful pendent and have helped me restore a ring I inherited from my Grandmother. Lacey was helpful and friendly from the second I walked in the door. I have a vacation coming up and she made an exception to have my ring done in time to bring it with! She and the entire staff is great and I will be going back to them for all my jewelry needs.
