Charming and comfortable accommodations in Minnesota's capital city.. The Scene
This three-story brick mansion was built by David Chancey Shepard in 1908 as a wedding gift for his grandson. It is located on St. Paul's historic Ramsey Hill and is minutes away from either downtown St. Paul or Minneapolis. It is also just a 15-minute drive from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport.

The Details
The house features seven fireplaces along with mahogany paneling, hardwood floors and leaded-glass built-in cabinets. The proprietor's favorite feature is a hidden panel and wall safe where he keeps the after-dinner chocolates. All of the guest rooms have been appointed with care. Each piece of elegant antique furniture was personally selected by the owner.
