AMAZING!. I had heard from my mom that this place was great so we wanted to check it out. First of all the place was beautiful on the inside. Very neat compared to anything we had been to. The menu was huge and it took us forever to decide what we wanted! Our food came at a timely manor and everything tasted more than amazing! The waitress was extremely kind. I would have to say we definetly ordered way too much food. Portion size was more than enough. Prices were reasonable. Next time we are definetly going to share! We will be back very soon!

shame about the employees. I have never had to wait for a table here as I work in restaurants so can never go out during peak hours. However, why would any restaurant take reservations if they have a lobby full of guests waiting to be seated??

As for the Cheesecake factory, decor is generic, layout and acoustics could be better but its lively and feels good inside. The menu is unusually extensive with something for everyone at lunch or dinner. Great salads, pastas and apps. Prices seems reasonable but the check has always been more than expected! The cheesecake is great, mainly for the variety, tons of choice!

Having been here 4 times, the only thing stopping me returning is the service. Servers are very off hand and preoccupied. One time we had a girl who had clearly been cut and just abandoned us before we even had our entrees, we had to ask multiple other (rude) servers for everything else. Another time we waited so long for our food the manager had to come over but not too impressed by his table side manner, the server never came back to the table until dessert time. The last time we went we decided to to get food to go to avoid the lame service and they even managed to screw that up! Oh and dont get me started on the hosts! Love the food, wont go back until they teach the employees to care!

IT IS A PUBLIC PLACE!!!!!. SOME OF YOU DONT UNDERSTAND THAT RESTAURANTS ARE PUBLIC PLACES! THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE BUSY/NOISY/CROWED AND FULL IF U GO OUT ON A FRIDAY, SATURDAY OR SUNDAY NIGHT. EVEN DURING THE WEEK..MAYBE THEY DONT HAVE ENOUGH SERVERS ON THE CLOCK AND THATS WHY U SEE TABLES OPEN AND U R WAITING TO BE SEATED. BUT PLEASE, IT IS A PUBLIC PLACE...UNDERSTAND THAT! NOT EVERYTHING CAN BE PERFECT ALL THE TIME...SO IF U HAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT IT! LET THE MANAGER KNOW BEFORE U LIVE THE RESTAURANT AND DONT CALL BACK A WEEK LATER SAYING THE FOOD WASNT HOT ENOUGH!

terrible service. My little sister called to make reservations for a party of 8 and was told it was a first come, first serve basis. We arrived and was told that we would have a table in 15 mins or less. We waited and 2 tables of a party of 5 were sat before us, then a party of 7. We decided that we did not want to wait any longer. This place had such terrible service and the hostess was rude! I do not recommend this place for anyone of color because I strongly believe they did not want to seat my party.

Where I work, Outback Steakhouse, any party over seven has to sit at a table and we have to pull up another chair... having that said there is about four different places a party of eight could have sat. If all places are filled up for the eight, we move on down the list to the next party, a party of seven can just sit at a booth or regular table. But eight you would have to wait till one of the four tables opened up. Therefore if you have more than seven, you would have to wait.

Cheesecake. The cheesecake factory is GREAT. Although it's usually busy, it's worth it. I've never had a bad experience. I love the style of the place, it's dim lights and it's busy. The food is GREAT!!!! I love their simple chicken littles to the sun dried tomatoe and chicken pasta. The sour-dough bread while you wait is my FAVORITE. And free refills on soda...The prices ARE GREAT!!!!

Good food, noisy place & lousy service. Went here for the first time a couple weeks ago and I won't be back. The food is good, but the table service was slow and poor, and the seating hostess was downright rude, being visibly annoyed that she had to wait for the slow walking speed of our 93-year-old guest. Finally the little darling just galloped ahead, slapped some menus on the table, and abandoned us before we were anywhere near the table. This, coupled with an outrageous wait time and ridiculously crowded lobby when the restaurant tables were mostly empty, indicates a poorly organized staff and / or an attempt at pretentious exclusivity. The food is mostly good, but not worth the noise level and aggravation of the poor service. Menu is misleading, tho, not mentioning any garlic in items that were soaked in way too much of it. Don't bother with this place. You can get good food and much better attitudes elsewhere.

I'm a hostess and I'm going to agree with you, thats super rude. But the idea that it was noisy is kind of ridiculous... its a public place, with a lot of people. We can't kick people out for laughing too loud.

Decadent cheesecakes and classic American cuisine makes this a popular chain.. In Short
Faux-rustic finishes and colorful light fixtures abound at this almost always crowded chain. The thick-as-a-book menu features Americanized versions of worldly cuisines--Mexican, Vietnamese, Italian, Thai--but succeeds best with American classics. Burgers are a good choice, especially the ""Roadside Sliders,"" mini burgers served as appetizers. The myriad cheesecakes are over-the-top in concept and decadence. You'll leave full, with leftovers.

Busy busy!!. Good food, great service. A bit corporate but Edina doesn't mind.

The waitress probably threw your pizza in a tiny box because that's the only size to go's that they have. Take that up with management/corporate.

Why are there no lemons in the lemonade?
