WORST SERVICE!. Worst experince yet. I came in for my appt and the help I got was someone telling me where the dresses are, how they were separated, and where my fitting room was. No one ever came to check on me. They older lady that was directing me never came back to help me or tell whether she's helping me or if someone else was. She was focusing her attention on a bride that was ending her appt and then she disappeared after they left. I would never go back for recommended anyone to go because the service was so poor. Although, there was one lady (i think she was the seamstress) who sensed that we were not getting help and tried to help us while she was still with another bride, I'm still disappointed that the previous lady never came back to tell what is going on and who will I be working with. My sister had to help me get in all the dresses and because there was no one helping, I didn't really see how the dresses would look since they were all oversized.

Not great!. I was so excited to go to this place and try on dresses with my mom and one of my bridesmaids. I got there and was able to try on what I wanted, but was not helped at all. I felt like I was more of an annoyance than anything. The staff was helping people that came in without an appointment more than I......and I made an appointment! Just not a great experience. I would be worried to purchase from here.

Would not go back. I went to glenrose because I got a coupon from a coworker and thought I would go check it out. I was quite dissapointed with their selection and their service was mediocre. I did not feel like this was the place I wanted to buy my dress from, I didn't see anything that I really loved and my sales lady was not my favorite.
