Poor customer service.
Our movers showed up 2 hours late without notice. We did not receive any communication that they might be late and had to leave multiple voicemails to get an answer. This set us back in a major way since we were suposed to be out of the old place by a specific time - which we were not, therefore making us elgible for charges by the apartment company. We were also unable to make the meeting we had with our new landlord due to the delay. Then, we were overcharged by $500 on our bank account. The office staff did not relay messages, or seem compassionate about the issue and not willing to rectify the situation to make a happy customer.
