Excellent Vet. I've brought my two dogs to Dr. Huele for over 7 years now and every time I go there he and his staff have been fantastic...friendly, professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I have never had a bad experience here. In fact, there is a vet 1 mile from my house but instead I drive10 miles just because I feel he and his staff are superior.

Wonderful Vet Clinic. Although this clinic has had mixed reviews, I have to say it is the best I have seen. After moving from Maple Grove to Osseo, I switched to this location and was very satisfied. My old vet was very judgmental, awful to his staff, and tried to push any and all medications on my cat and made you feel bad if you did not (maybe could not) purchase. I thought they would all be similar until coming to Veterinary Center on Main. The entire staff has your pet's best interests at heart. Necessary medications are explained well. They also realize that cats can be outdoor animals as well and do not guilt you into keeping it indoors. I will continue to visit Dr. Huele for all my veterinary needs and highly recommend this clinic for pet owners in the area.

Great Vet! Don't Understand Other Reviews. We have been taking our dogs to Dr Huele for 7 years now and they are very friendly and compansinate. We lost a dog when she was only 2 and Dr. Huele worked closely with us and the UofM to figure things out, they even sent a sympathy card. One of our other dogs had cancer and they understand that we freak out at the sight of anything wrong and will squeeze us in for last minute appointments. As a bonus, they have very competitive pricing.

I don't understand the comment about the meds either, they don't care where we buy our meds from, they just ask that we let them know that we have them so our dogs remain as healthy as can be. But, they match all prices so it's easier to get them from the vet anyway.

Terrible Staff. Would never go to this place again. Horrible! Insensitive,rude,no bed side manner, Everyone that works there from the front desk person down to the docters nurse. Spent a boat load of money and didn't even talk to the docter. Will never be back and if this docter doesn't do something soon about his staff he will be out of business. Unless maybe he acts like the rest of them. Sham on them. Lost a customer!

Love this Vet. I've had multiple pets throughout the years and have gone to multiple vets as we've moved about.

There are some pretty crappy vets out there - and Dr. Heule is NOT one of them.

Contrary to one of the reviews here, I had a sick dog many years ago. The medicine was extremely expensive and I searched high and low for the cheapest options - including buying from Canada and other internet sources. Dr. Heule NEVER discouraged me. Instead, he laid out the pros and cons of every method.

Also, my dog's illness was pretty rare - and deadly. Dr. Heule took the time to research and properly diagnose the disease. He did so in a timely manner and we managed to save the dog.

My only issue is that the person who answers the phone has zero personality. I've been going to Dr Heule long enough to know she has a great heart and cares, but her phone skills need serious work.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr Heule and his staff. He is a good doctor and along with his staff, they really do care.

Stay Away!. Be very careful with these clowns. You can not trust them. My family had been going there 25 years and now we are done. They get very mad if you don't buy their medicines from them and you do so over the internet. They will block you from getting meds your dog needs. Very selfish. Sad that after 25 years they are more worried about money than customer service. Please be smart about using them - they do not deserve your money and time.

Very nice place to take your pet!. The only thing I guess I did not care for was the fact that they don't have an overnight staff for declaws. EVERY Vet I've called to get quotes, they all keep animals that have had a declaw overnight. Other than that, I really like bringing my cat there. Very friendly staff and very sweet and professional to my cat.

Dr. Huele and his staff are the best at what they do!. I have been bringing in my cats for at least 5 years, and all of the staff has been just wonderful. When Boris and Tick are at the vet, they are treated like royalty. The people there really LIKE the animals they treat. The cats are treated as though they were pets, not just clients. You guys are the absolute BEST! And thank you for all you do for my cats.

Excellent care and customer service!. We have been very happy with the care Dr. Heule and his staff have provided our pets over the past 10 years - we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. We've always been treated with respect and the care they provide is above and beyond anything we've experienced anywhere else. When our oldest dog had to be put down, the entire staff came in to say goodbye to him, since they just loved him. The knowledge and advice Dr. Heule has provided our family has been excellent.

We love our vet!

Poor with Customer Service. The Veterinary Center on Main offers fair animal care. At times they were ok at interacting with my pets which is very important to me.

I am concerned about their customer service, including the ill comments recorded about me in my pet's permanent medical records. Dr. Heule changed the subject when I, repeatedly, attempted to talk about/resolve the (medical) situation surrounding the ill comments. Regardless, there certainly must be other "in-house," more appropriate, places for these comments if they are truly necessary. This adds no value to the health of the pet.
