Casual, quick Chinese cuisine located in nearly every corner of the Twin Cities..
In Short
Colorfully painted and situated in convenient metro areas, Leeann Chin restaurants are always easy to spot. While some locations have a few tables for those wanting to dine in, it's mainly a take-out business. Boxed salads sit in coolers; the rest of the dishes are pre-made. Popular with the lunch crowd, the place is usually packed at noon. The menu consists of fast takes on traditional favorites like beef lo mein and lemon chicken.

Go to a family run Chinese restaurant instead.
Perhaps it is because I am Asian and have actually eaten authentic Chinese food not only here, but in China as well, but any family owned Chinese restaurant would be a much better place to dine at than Leeann Chin's. The food is very Americanized and bland to my taste. Also, the food is quite expensive for the portions the restaurant provides.

Great takeout!.
I used to get takeout from here almost every Friday night -- their Seseme Chicken and Vegetable Fried Rice is amazing! It was always hot and fresh, and the ambiance is quite lovely. It's a really clean, nice place to grab some Chinese, and I'm pretty convinced it's the nicest Leeann Chin in the Twin Cities!
