OMG I LOVE MY APARTMENT. I'm so happy I found this place. I moved from Mpls and was not sure it was a good move for me. My apartment is soooo perfect for me and I can walk to bars at night and coffee in the morning...LMAO.......The people that work here are so easy to work with. Great Apartments. I was a little stressed out moving into St Paul for a new job. Don't know the area and trying to find a nice apartment can be overwhelming. I looked a several places and picked the one on Grand Ave because the management company, Pergola Management, was so nice to work with. I think I was working with the owner and he was very low pressure. The apartment was delivered to me in excellent condition and the woman who did the move in process with me was very professional. I also met their painters when I was in the hall and these guys were also super nice. I feel so relieved that I am in this apartment, with this management company...If you are looking for a friendly face in the apartment industry....find a Pergola Management run property. You will be glad you did.…
