Great Apartments. I was a little stressed out moving into St Paul for a new job. Don't know the area and trying to find a nice apartment can be overwhelming. I looked a several places and picked the one on Grand Ave because the management company, Pergola Management, was so nice to work with. I think I was working with the owner and he was very low pressure. The apartment was delivered to me in excellent condition and the woman who did the move in process with me was very professional. I also met their painters when I was in the hall and these guys were also super nice. I feel so relieved that I am in this apartment, with this management company...If you are looking for a friendly face in the apartment industry....find a Pergola Management run property. You will be glad you did.

I Love Pergola!. I called this morning to get some help installing my a/c and within 2 hours one of the maintenance guys was here giving me a hand. No charge. These guys are great. I always get a quick call back and love living in my apartment with this management company.

Nice Place for my home. Cute apartmetn, Nice people, clean halls, laundry rooms, they fix things when they need it without cost, leave me a note when they were there to fix it.

Live Well in St Paul. I really like my apartment. Great location in St Paul. The managment company will cat sit and water my plants when I travel. They aways will accept delivery of a package (ups) and deliver to my apartment. Things get fixed right away and their crew always leaves a note when they stopped by. I recommend them if you are looking in St Paul.

No place for a single girl!. This company has a place in downtown St Paul that I rent from, and they atemped to be secure but for downtown it's pretty freaky! They have this thing where durring downtown events, they rent out our buildings parking. Hokey games for example, then has drunk drivers in our lot and outside the building. I'm not on ground level but sometimes I hear them smashing bottles or shouting. It's pretty freaky like I said. They fix stuff fast when it goes down, we have had the hot water and laundry go down a couple times, but they work to fix it in a reasonable amount of time. The rent is decentlly cheep and my cats are welcome and the super lady said she would watch them. I just don't feel particularly safe, but for the cheep rent untill I'm done with school it's what I have. I just wish I would have known they would sublet our parking or whatever, or if they would have some security or something. The area is great on the hill though with lots of night life and shopping, and real fun when my friends come by. Usualy we have our own party at the place when games go on or I just take off somewhere else.

It's not a dump at all, just not for me, I probably won't rent from them again unless it's a much nicer place.
