Best Tanning Experience!. I have been going to different tanning salon for many years now. I have never had a better experience that the first time I stepped into Bella Tan. The kind courteous staff was very helpful. The Salon was very clean and well kept. They offered many different tanning products to choose from. The tanning beds are all state of the art. These bed will get you the tan you want without getting burned.

Great Tanning Salon. I tanned at Bella for years, I even stuck it out when there was a new owner from 2008-2010. When she closed the doors, all of our tans were honored at Sunrise Salon (which was posted on the door). I tried a couple of different salons in the White Bear area and never got the results I got at Bella. When I found out they were reopening under original ownership and management I was so happy! They remodeled the place completely, cleaned up the beds and got all new bulbs! It looks awesome! They also honored the tans I had before the last owner closed down. Their customer service is great! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I have never felt so comfortable with a salon and had such good results! I will refer all of my friends to Bella!…

Get there early!. When my tanning package runs out at Bella, I plan to find another place that is more accomodating and has better customer service. Their advertising clearly states that they are open til 5pm on Sundays, but I was turned away on Sunday at 4:31 (and their doors were already locked, I had to knock). I wanted to tan for a quick 10-minutes and would have been out of there before 5pm, but was still turned away. They state their last tan is at 4:30, which I do understand, but I was literally one minute past 4:30 (which I definitely pointed out on the clock to the girl who was working), and I was still turned away. Also, they should not lock their doors at 4:30 if all of their advertising states their business is open til 5pm. Even if people do not want to tan, and only want to ask a question or buy a tanning package, they can not do so because they lock their doors a half-hour before they are supposed to close. Very misleading. It is frustrating to pay the amount of money you do for a tanning package and then have the facility not even try to accomodate you for something as ridiculous as being one minute late (especially if you have to drive out of your way to get there).…
