Kline Nissan Stay away.
I have purchased 4 Sentras and an SE-R over the years. The last was a 2008 from Kline. Paid the price they wanted. 2 miles down the road, I noticed a cut in the door panel vinyl. I called them on my cell. They told me 'no problem, we'll fix it'. Since I had driven 250 miles to do the deal, I trusted them and continued home. Three weeks later they asked for a photo which sent right away. Now they had changed their tune. They would patch it. Not on my new car! I called Nissan USA and spoke with a rep. He said that since 30 days had passed they would not replace it on warranty. I contacted the MN Better Bussiness Bureau. They thought patching was just fine and I was not co-operating. Shoulda known, after all who pays them?
So now my campain begins to steer good people away from these folks. Nissan Corporation as well. I'll go Honda next time!
So far I have changed 3 friends from going there and will continue. . . .
