Karen was wonderful to work with. I can't say enough about Karen at Karen's Monogramming & Sportswear in Oakdale

I had a number of pieces I needed done and I wasn't sure exactly what to do and Karen gave me wonderful help.Not only was the workmanship beautiful and looked awesome but she had all my monograming done faster then I could ever hope for. I would never go anyplace else for any monograming and I would recommend Karen's Monograming to everyone I know.

Horrible Customer Service. Terrible customer service. Christmas Eve & I had 7 items that were NOT FINISHED, nor ever started even though they were PROMISED.

Most importantly though was the family tree throw for my grandma who has stage 4 lung cancer & entered hospice last week. This was to wrap around her in her final days, surrounding her w/names of our entire family, including my dad (her son) that unexpectedly died last year. This would become a keepsake 4 my Grandpa.

I asked her on 12/2 if she could have the tree done in time for Christmas, she promised she could. The week before Christmas nothing was done so I asked her if she wanted me to take some items back which would have given me enough time 2 have someone else do it, but no, she said "she could do it"!

12/21, I checked in again, still not started, still promised.

12/22, still not started but they will be done.

12/23, I called, she no longer can do all other items but "the throw WILL be done" she said, she promised because she "knew how important it is". But she had "digitized the tree", (which ended up being a lie)

I decided to go there. When I arrived she said the same things she's been saying for the past 3 weeks so I asked her how she can promise this would be done when the other stuff no longer is & it's after 5pm the day before Christmas Eve,& I no longer had gifts for people, to which she responded "this just takes time".. Yeah, I know, that's why I asked on Dec 2nd if she could do it in time for Christmas! At that point, her husband began to throw things around in his office, swearing & having a tantrum & told her to give it back to me, she said no she still could do it & said her husband was having a bad day! ME 2

(to Karen's husband, GROW UP! what is it that you didn't need? BUSINESS? CUSTOMERS?? you win!)

12/24- CHRISTMAS EVE @ 11:30 am, still not done, still not even started & still not even digitized. Never completed! -Left heartbroken!

DO NOT USE! Absolute incompetance! I am highly disappointed.
