You have to go!!!!!. The Wedding Connection is the most wonderful Bridal shop in the Twin Cities. I was there three weeks ago, and even with them being so busy they let me come in and feel so welcomed. Everyone was laughing and having a good time. I did not have to wait. Megan gave us a tour of the store and then Cathy helped us find the dress for me. I really liked everyone there. I went back after a couple days because I could not get that dress off my mind and Megan told me to go home and dream about it and if I did dream about it to come back and try it on again. I did and then I knew it was my dress. The Wedding Connection was so helpful and so nice and what I liked they did not push me into buying. Thank you Wedding Connection, I can not wait to see what we will find next.…
Poor customer service. I also agree that the owner of this store is very rude. With my dress I bought a tiara for $220. A few months later one of the crystals fell out. We went back to see if they could help us at all and right away the owner started yelling at us, saying after 30 days they can't do anything. That's fine if that's true but she could have said it in a nice way and not spent the first 5 minutes yelling at us about the 30 day policy. After awhile she calmed down and said she would call the manufacturer of the tiaras since they had been discontinued from their store. She did and called me back the next business day saying the tiara manufacturer was going to look for another crystal and call her back. I didn't hear from the owner until a week later saying she was still waiting on the tiara manufacturer. This was almost a month ago and I haven't heard back. Very disappointed in this place. Long story short, go elsewhere if you want good customer service and to be treated like a human.…
They are the very best!!. I bought both of my Prom Dresses from them when they were in Forest Lake. Megan helped me both times and she was wonderful and I always felt so beautiful in my dresses. That is why when it was time to look for Wedding Dresses the Wedding Connection is where I went. They have moved to Maplewood but they are still so great. Megan and Cathy were so wonderful to us. We bought my Wedding Dress from them, we had gone to Davids and The Wedding Shopp but didn't like the way we were treated at the bigger shops. The Wedding Connection was so accomindating and let me "visit " my dress even if I did not have an appointment. They never made me feel anything but special. My day was so special and it is because of The Wedding Connection. I got so many complements about my Wedding Dress and the Bridesmaids dresses and I told evryone that The Wedding Connection is the bridal shop to go to...a MUST.…
The only Bridal Shop we will ever go to!. Our family would give the Wedding Connection 10 stars if we could. We love them that much. I have 3 daughters and the last two have bought their wedding dresses here and we had such a fabulous time both times. Everyone was so wonderful,we worked with everyone betwen the two weddings and they were all so friendly and caring.They gave us great Ideas(because both weddings were so different) for diferent thing that we did not think about .We always looked forward to going to see the girls because they always made us laugh. It was so nice that they have their seamstress right in the store, we did not have to find one like we had to do at my first daughters wedding. As a mom I always wanted to make sure everything was going to be perfect for my daughters so I asked alot of question, my daughters said I was annoying but the people always answered my questions and always told me if I had any more questions "just ask" we would love to help you. We tell everyone about The Wedding Connection and want to Thank You so much for making our days PERFECT.We really got to know these ladies and they are all wonerful and caring.…
Owner is horrible..
I bought my dress from the wedding connection, and worked with Cathy. Cathy=FABULOUS! But, when I bought the dress, the promised to fix a few rhinestones that were missing, and also a spot on the
dress (I bought off the rack), which is something they normally do not do. They also held my dress for me, which again, when bought off the rack, they normally do not do. I left feeling very pleased with my purchase!! fast forward a few months. I went to pick up my dress to bring it to my seamstress, and worked with the owner. She brought my dress to verify it was the right one, I said yes, and she bagged it for me. I left and brought it to my seamstress, at which point we noticed not only did they NOT fix the spot like they said they would, but they also didn't fix the rhinestones! I wasn't buying a dress off the rack to be stingy/cut costs, it was really just my favorite dress, and would have been fine if they had said no, we won't fix these items, but they told me they would fix them. So I called back to the store, and the owner essentially told me that Cathy should have never promised that, that they don't won't do that, even though it was ON MY CONTRACT, I would have to talk to Cathy when she got back from Vacation.
Needless to say, I just had my seamstress fix the issues, as I wasn't going to mess with the hassle of bringing it back. But I won't ever recommend anyone going to the wedding connection. Cathy was wonderful, but like I said, the owner was horrible, and to think she would be profiting on anyone I send to Cathy just makes me cringe.…
