Excellent service. Our water heater broke down on Christmas eve of 2011. I tried several plumbing companies, but could not find anyone still working at that time. Roto-Rooter was my last hope. To my surprise, they sent a service person within two hours. We are very happy with the service.

Friday night call. We had a main line back up at 9:00 on a Friday night. Harrison showed up a half hour later and had our water draining well in about an hour. Very good, professional service.

Impeccable Service. We had a technician named Wayne Heath #7011 come to our home last night to snake our line from our house to the main sewer line in the street. Not only was he professional and courteous, he was thorough, communicative about everything that was happening. He did everything he possibly could to perform the service without damage to our home. He was even kind to our pets and was kind and patient with our 7 year old son. Roto Rooter should be proud to be represented by such a stellar employee. He is the only service technician we will call on in the future.

I was so impressed with his service, this morning I made my FaceBook status about the experience and sent the following letter to everyone I know...

Dear Friends,

You all may know about our 2007 horror story of having roots grow into our pipes going from our house to the main sewer in the streets that caused us thousands of dollars worth of damage and property loss to our entire basement by allowing the sewer to back up into our basement. We lost our entire basement, had to hire an advocate to fight our insurance and the entire ordeal lasted a year and totaled $80,000 (which insurance had to pay). I implored everyone I knew back then to call Roto Rooter to come and drill the roots from your basement pipe to the sewer for $250 to avoid such catastrophe.

Since we are so paranoid of the situation happening again we decided that every two years we would have them come out and do the same process to keep the roots at bay. We had them last night and this time they had a lit camera so we could see all 80 feet into the pipe to the main sewer line I am shocked at how much root growth had already happened in these two years! After rooting the pipes he treated them with a product called RootX sold by the company that will stunt the growth of the roots still there and the ones just cut down.

I implore you again to do this simple maintenance to your home regardless of the trees on your lawn, the newness of your home or other factors as this can happen to any pipe. My sister is now having to pay $10,000 to relay pipe in her front lawn in her home most likely due to lack of previous owners rooting maintenance.

Roto-Rooter service on 10/14/09. We called them on a Saturday night and within 4 hours they were over to our house. They called one time saying that they were running a little late (which is better than not calling). The technician showed us what the problem was and how he was going to solve it. The problem has not resurfaced in almost a month. I do not normally use a plumbing service, because I like to do things on my own, I am not sure on the cost. But being that it was a weekend night and it was around 3-4 hours of work, I found it reasonably priced. I would call them again if I were in the same situation.

Fast, excellent service. Roto-Rooter was at our home within just a few hours of us calling them. Our technician was helpful, prompt and very nice. He made some suggestions to help us avoid any future issues. As new homeowners, we anticipate many drain issues in our future and we will be calling Roto-Rooter right away as we do.

Roto-Rooter Service 8-14-09. We had Roto-Rooter remove a couple nasty hair clogs from the bath tub and bathroom sink of the house we purchased in May. My husband had tried to snake it himself, but this job required a professional. Rick was just that- honest, professional and fast. And while the Roto-Rooter service comes at a premium price, we know that we will always get a fair quote before the job and won't have to worry about hidden fees. We will definitely call Rick should we ever need his help again.
