Unsatisfied with customer service. This may not be the best time to write a review since I have been on hold for 10 minutes with this store. ( Elk River Minnesota.) I call at 12:45 and asked to speak to someone in fabrics. I'm interested just how long it will take before I get answered. This is a major complaint I have with business' I myself work in customer service and if my service was this bad I'm sure I would not have a job, but of course if I work for the biggest retailer in America I wouldn't have to worry. Thanks for nothing
