bad experience. I was very disappointed with this salon and I will never go back. I contacted the salon manager to tell her of my bad experience and she was rude and very snotty.

Wonderful Spa/Hair/Manicure/Pedicure/Makeup Experience!!!. I had a wonderful spa day at Juut in Wayzata - I just had to shower - everything was provided for me. Then had a fantastic manicure and pedicure. I also had my makeup applied and loved it, loved the colors that were used. Bought all of it.

The only thing that ruined my experience at Juut was the lady in charge - very rude, did not bother to ask me how my experience was. I was trying to compliment the salon on the great day I had, but she could have cared less and actually walked away as I was speaking.

Highly recommend all the services and love the Aveda products.

great for coloring. I have gone to this salon for coloring and highlights for years and even though I now live out of the state, whenever I'm in town for holidays or visits I make an appointment with Gretchen. I have really thick, long red hair but my color/highlights always look natural and beautiful. Women ask me frequently if my color is natural and when I tell them no, they beg to know where I get my hair done. The prices are on-par with any high-end salon but I believe it's worth it. I have also been to the Edina and Uptown Juut salons and this one never seems as busy or hectic. Everyone who works here is welcoming and professional but not overly friendly or chatty, which I personally like. Gretchen always remembers me though and knows how I like my hair now so that I don't even have to tell her how I want it! I just love how my hair turns out every time and at this point, I don't trust any other person with my color.
