I went to Dr. Briden's office once last September, and again this past February. I have now moved to another office in Edina!!! I have so many reasons for leaving...but that was the most difficult part! I had to call multiple times for them to switch my medical records to the new office. The lady at the front desk flat out lied and said the Dr. had not signed off on my charts after over 2 weeks of waiting...when I asked for a clinic manager, she flat out lied and said the forms had been signed the day I brought them in and they were already sent to the other office! Bad medical treatment, poor service, and horrible attitude's...DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Seek treatment elsewhere. My severe skin rash went undiagnosed for several months while being treated at Dr. Briden's office. They prescribed many different medications and could not find any wrong. I was passed on to a Ruemotologist and Allergy doctor both who immediately confirmed that this was a 'dermatology issue' and there was nothing they could do. After dozens of appts and phone calls, it was clear that she did not know what to do or care to be bothered by my complaints. Out of desperation, I went to Park Nicollet and within 24 hours was called and diagnosed with a staff infection and was immediately given antibiotics.I went back to Dr. Briden to explain this situation and give her a chance to respond. Like usual, she was 90 minutes late for the appointment, said she didn't do anything wrong and was rude and disrespectful. Her lack of professionalism and competence left me speechless. I am urging you to seek dermatology attention elsewhere as Dr. Briden does not seem to care about or respect her patients..

Disappointed Patient. I have been a disappointed patient of Dr. Briden for a number of years. She initially misdiagnosed my skin condition. She prescribed many different medications for this condition. After none of them worked. I persisted and insisted that she perform a biopsy. After receiving the results of the biopsy, she then shared a new diagnosis, asked that I cease using all previously prescribed medications and then prescribed a new medication. The new medication did not work either. Perhaps I received a second misdiagnosis. At this point I am taking my business elsewhere. She has been more than 45 minutes late for every one of my appointments. Her professionalism and competence are lacking. I urge others to seek medical attention from another member of the medical community.

Poorly Run Operation. I was the first appointment of the day. Showed up 5 minutes early and filled out a very redundant form (why are you asking for my social security number?).

Waited in the 1980's decorated lobby for 15 minutes past my appointment, led into a prep room to meet with the nurse (it's now 30 minutes past my appointment) and the nurse says 'uh, 'Dr.' Briden isn't here yet'. I respond 'when can we expect her?' Her response '5 minutes ago'. It was quite clear that Dr. Briden has a vast history of similarly unprofessional behavior.

Fast forward another 30 minutes and the Dr. finally graces us with her presence. By that time, enough was enough for me - over 1 hour past my appointment. I asked for my money back as well as my charts.

They attempted to keep my medical information even though I was not seen. Don't let them do that.

Dr. Briden might actually be a good dermatologist, but you'll only find that out if you have a lot of time to waste and don't mind being treated like you don't matter.

Too many options out there to be treated like that.
