Spent 3k+ on getting new appliances and they delivered me a lemon french door fridge. As soon as the men left I opened and shut the fridge side only to have the freezer side open and not close. I have wood floors! If i had frozen food in there and it melted it could warp my floor boards! I reported it right away but they won't come out to look at it for a whole week and said it could be another week or two till they can fix the seal! I didn't buy a scratch and dent! It's not unreasonable to expect a working new item when it's delivered. It's not like a year or two has gone by and then needed something. What happen WS? Greed, much?!
Very good before purchasing, indifferent after – (Edina location) After four months of being told why they cannot solve the problem with our new washer, we are just now getting some advice that may be of use. Maybe. I am not sure that I would recommend this business to someone I like.
We love our Warners' Stellian stove!! – We bought a new stove - actually the floor model. We have had it about a month, and we just love it. Our old oven didn't always turn on, so it is wonderful to have a stove that actually works when we want it to. We haven't used all of the features on it yet, but we really like it.
The delivery people were very nice, and took our old stove, and installed the new one.
We really like buying from Warners' Stellian, and will continue to buy our appliances here.
Wont even cover repairs during the warranty – My dishwasher has a 5 year warranty on it, its been a problem the whole 4 years I have had it. Now that its getting close to the lemon law replacement they wont do anything with it. The last repair man they sent out, Denise, saw the wire that hangs from the door and would not do anything about it saying he was only sent out because it was leaking. He took the front of the door off and when he put it back together he left four screws out so when I opened it fell apart. I had a friend come over who found the four screws on the floor and put it back together. I could not do any of this as I am in a wheelchair. On top of this they charged me $53.70 for the so called repairs. That much money so he could take it apart and not even put it back right. I got no help from the store when dealing with them. They even told me they were glad that I would not come back. Take that as a sign and stay away.
Times have Changed-Avoid Warner Stellian!!! – I’ve purchased all the appliances in both of my homes for 20+ years from Warner Stellian. Recently bought a Jenn-air stove with extended warrantee. Warrantee has “no lemon” clause in it -3 breakdowns in 1 year replace the product. Neither WS or the company that sells the warrantee (NEI?) will replace the stove after 7 visits!
Warner Stellian upper management will not return my phone call or respond to my letter. The Warner kids run the company now. Their father Jim Warner was very honest and sold me my first freezer and microwave -20 years ago. Now his kids seem like they could care less about (long term or short term) customers.
I thought we had a good thing going but will never shop at WS again. I don’t think WS will be in business for long. I’m very sad and disappointed. Burn your customers at your own peril.
BEST SALESPERSON EVER! – WE WERE LOOKING FOR STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND WE MET CELESTE. SHE HELPED US FING EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND AT A GREAT PRICE. WE ONLY WERE PLANNING TO BUY A REFRIGERATOR AND ENDED UP WITH AN ENTIRE ELECTROLUX KITCHEN. THANKS CELESTE !
Stainless Steel Appliances – We were modifying our kitchen and decided on S.S. appliances. We did our due diligence and shopped about (5) different places, and found Warner Stellians to have the best package price deal for (4) pieces. When they arrived for installation the installers were very proficient and knew what they were doing. Overall a great shopping experience.
This store was a long distance from where we live – We went into the store a day before this past Labor Day. We were not attacked when we walked into the store. The lady that eventually helped us as we then wanted some help, was very nice and she knew how to answer our questions. My husband will always say, this store is the best one to buy appliances from and he was right. The new convection, flattop range is simply beautiful in white and we love the convection cooking from the stove.
They worked late to complete my sale – I came to Warner's right before closing time. The salesperson stayed late on a holiday to complete my transaction so I could get the rebates which ended that day. I really do appreciate what he did for me. He also sent me the rebate forms with copies of the reciepts for each rebate...twice! The install people were very nice and competent too. The first one got lost in the mail. I am Warner's biggest fan and I love my new stainless appliance set and washer and dryer set. Thanks Warner's Stallion!
Delivery/Install is very poor – Bought from Warners Stellian because of free delivery - discovered it's free because that's about what it's worth. I paid $9,000 for 4 appliances within a 2-month period. They delivered the kitchen appliances but didn't level any of them. Then they delivered the washer and it leaked during hookup which they said was due to the threads on our coupling - but when we replaced it, it still leaked because the problem was actually their leaky hoses!
They did respond by coming back out to level. But it seems crazy to cause delays and have to make 2 trips - instead of doing things right the first time.
