My fiance, Aaron got my engagement ring here. Mark is a delight. He was incredibly helpful and patient (and patience was definitely required) throughout the process, taking phone calls and endless questions and meeting a ton of specifics, all the while being so, so kind. RF Moeller is the top the top when it comes to customer service and quality products. My wife, three daughters and I are all past, present and future clients of RF Moeller, from wedding rings to watches. Anytime a ring needs to be cleaned or a watch repaired we head to Moellers....friendly, knowledgable and customer centered response and delivery. We couldn't be happier with the service...the cookie and coffee are great also.

About 20 years ago, my brother gave me a Seiko watch for Christmas. About 10 years ago, it stopped working after swimming with it in the ocean. I tried to have it repaired locally, but no one would touch it. Two Sundays ago, I decided to see if some reputable repair facility could be found online. When I searched Seiko watch repair, R.F. Moeller Jeweler in Saint Paul, Minnesota popped up. Being a fan of Twin Cities radio legend, Tom "Td" Mischke, I knew of them as a loyal sponsor of his programs. I sent an email to R.F. Moeller and explained what had happened to my watch and that I was very happy to be able to send it to them instead of some shady company on the internet because it was of great sentimental value to me. Very early Monday morning, I received a reply from James Moeller, director of operations for R.F. Moeller. James said to send the watch to his attention and he would make sure they took good care of it and see that it got fixed. So, I did just that. It arrived there just before lunch last Friday and James contacted me the following Tuesday morning to let me know it was fixed. The repair cost was 25 dollars, 35 total with shipping. When I got home tonight, Wednesday, there was a Fed Ex box on my door step. I opened it up and my watch was packaged inside a very nice zippered case that probably cost more than the 25 dollar watch repair. If you live in or around Minneapolis / St. Paul area, I would highly recommend shopping at R.F. Moeller. I can honestly say that their level of service is well worth the 3 hour drive from my house for any future purchases I might make.

If you are looking to have the "full experience" in shopping for jewelry, RF Moeller is THE place to go. My fiance and I had looked around at several jewelry stores before we had a family member suggest we go see Natali at RF Moeller. We were not disappointed. From entering their doors at their Edina location, we were promptly greeted by their friendly staff who made us feel welcomed and comfortable as we shopped for engagement rings. At our first meeting with Natali, we were able to narrow down what we were wanting for a wedding band and then set up an next appointment to play with some loose diamonds, all which were hand picked by Natali to ensure they met the RF Moeller standard. A few short weeks later my fiance proposed with the most amazing engagement ring. We just visited Natali again to pick out our wedding bands. She was even able to work a little magic to get my fiance a wedding band that seemed impossible to get. Despite being 2 1/2 hours away from the store location, it is well worth the trip to see Natali and the rest of the staff at RF Moeller for a fun, stress-free jewelry shopping experience!

Natali Bohm helped us pick out or engagement ring and wedding bands. She did a great job. It was a very enjoyable experience! There was even some cologne in the bathroom so I would smell good too. It was easy to get the financing together for the rings as well. Very smooth and stress free.

We were assisted at Edina Moellers by Deb Miller. She is terrific to work with, anxious to please and very knowledgeable about gems, designs and very creative! She went above and beyond to make certain we were happy with our purchase. She fixed my diamond ring, cleaned and polished it, so it looks like new and while there, even cleaned my watch. She's the best!

Recently my fiance was struck with an engagement proposal idea similar to a scene in the movie "Sweet Home Alabama". He had visited many jewelers in the Twin Cities area for a special engagement ring. He felt I deserved the best and R.F. Moeller Jeweler was very responsive in fullfilling his request. He asked R.F. Moeller to help him with his proposal of marriage. If you recall, during the movie, there is a scene where a gentleman bends down on his knee in a jewelry store to propose to his future wife. R.F. Moeller was able to provide the exact atmosphere after store hours during the busiest holiday season. Their service was professional and our warmest comments go to Natali for her professionalism in every way. We made it happen. The experience could not have been more perfect. Thank you! We will remember this moment forever.

I have been an R.F. Moeller Jeweler customer since my family's move to the Twin Cities in 2009. I stopped in for a Christmas gift for my wife this year and had an amazing customer service experience with Bryan Moeller.

This year my budget is on the tighter side. Bryan was very respectful about my budget. He didn't push me or try to sell me. Instead he showed me beautiful pieces that fell within my range. I thought my selection would be limited after mentioning my budget, but that wasn't the case. Bryan showed me earrings, necklaces and watches in my price range, and we soon picked a gorgeous necklace that I'm looking forward to presenting to my wife tonight after the kids go down.

I highly recommend R.F. Moeller Jeweler and especially working with Bryan Moeller for any and all of your fine jewelry needs. Thanks again, Bryan!

Debbie Miller assisted me with my visit. She is the consummate professional and spotted several missing prongs from my ring. Without repair, I would have lost my diamonds. The ring was fixed, polished and returned to me in beautiful, like new condition. I am thrilled. I also bought a couple of lovely gold chains that beautiful display two old and sentimental charms. She's the best, honest, intuitive and professional.
