Great UPS Store. The UPS staff at this location is great. I shipped 4 boxes with very fragile China, and they all got there in one piece. I will always go there to ship. I recommend this store to anyone.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
IF YOU HAVE TO SEND A PACKAGE, DO NOT DO IT WITH THIS UPS STORE! I CALLED AND ASKED TO CANCEL A PACKAGE I HAD TAKEN IN ON SATURDAY. THE OWNER, RAJA, WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND BELIGERANT OVER THE PHONE AND EVEN HUNG UP ON ME BEFORE I COULD EXPLAIN WHAT I NEEDED. HIS CLAIM LATER WAS THAT HE "HAD TOO MANY CUSTOMERS AT THE TIME" - AS IF THAT GAVE HIM THE RIGHT TO TREAT ME IN SUCH A SURLY AND DISGRACEFUL MANNER.
IN RESPONSE TO THIS BEHAVIOR, I PROMPTLY DROVE TO THE LOCATION TO RECTIFY THE MATTER. WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE STORE TO REQUEST THAT MY SHIPMENT BE CANCELLED HE TOLD ME I HAD NOT SENT THE PACKAGE AT HIS STORE. LUCKILY THE EMPLOYEE WHO HELPED ME ON SATURDAY WAS THERE TO HELP ME AND RETURN MY PACKAGE TO ME.
RAJA SEEMED TO FEEL THAT IGNORING MY NEEDS AS A PAYING CUSTOMER, HANGING UP ON ME, AND TALKING OVER ME WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN MY SITTUATION, IS AN APPROPRIATE WAY TO CONDUCT BUISNESS. HE EVEN TAUNTED ME AND TOLD ME THERE WAS NO ONE I COULD REPORT HIM TO BECAUSE HE OWNS THE BUISNESS AND REPORTS TO NO ONE. WELL HE DOES REPORT TO SOMEONE AT THAT IS THE CUSTOMERS.
DO NOT SHIP YOUR PACKAGE AT THIS STORE! IT IS CLEAR THAT HE DOES NOT VALUE HIS CUSTOMERS - AND SINCE THAT IS CLEARLY THE CASE - PERHAPS POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT PATRONIZE HIS BUSINESS , AND SUPPORT ANOTHER BUSINESS WHO APPRECIATES THEIR CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDES CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMENSURATE TO THAT ATTITUDE.
