i don't know who these ppl are. these people have been calling my phone for a couple of months now, usually hang up as soon as i answer, and have left one msg, they said they were a bank and needed me to call about my investments, grant it i do have investments but only through my bank, but i have been receiving phone calls about bills of my exhusbands, i've asked that they not call and they continue to do so, i believe i will contact the bbb or my lawyer, i don't need harassment, period.

Just Plain Mean / Bad at Finding People. This company (or at least this agncy rep) was very rude and unprofessional. She called my 74-year-old mother asking for her ex-son-in-law, who has not only never lived in that household, but has never lived in this state! He has only been to the house on a three or four occasions.

She began the call angry, and had the nerve to tell my mother SHE had a bad attitude. She refused to say what the call was about, only saying that this was the phone number that was given to them as the number to reach him. Obviously, the phone number was actually obtained because my mother co-signed on a rental agreement for them. When my mother asked why they were calling her instead of him, the woman just hung up on her.

This same company called a couple of years ago looking for my sister. They called repeatedly, even though we told them she didn't live there. They can't seem to locate anyone they're hired to contact, so they harrass their friends and relatives instead. I wouldn't be suprised to find out some of these collections agents were calling from their own homes.

TERRIBLE customer service/professionalism. the people that I have talked with are very unprofessional - if they are to collect on behalf of their clients - then, good luck to the clients. I would NEVER give them a dime - they yell at you and make you feel like you are dirt.
