Rosie's Hair Design. Great little hair salon on Grand Avenue. Staff is friendly and versatile. They can style for most any occasion and offer great cuts, etc at reasonable prices.

Sloppy French Manicure. I had my nails done here for my wedding a few years ago. The pedicure hurt and the French Manicure on both my toenails & fingernails sloppy. I do see 1/2 off coupons in the "bulk mail" ads sent out in St. Paul, so it may be worth a try…
