We met with Phil Schuler and Ernest Duberry about new windows. They were polite and professional and showed us a great demonstration of their windows. They were not pushy at all, and the military deduction was great! Jerry came to install the windows bright and early, he is a very hard worker who knows exactly what he's doing, very proficient. He was always polite and kept us in loop about everything he was doing. The new windows are great, we love the product, especially the little locks on them. We had an attempted break in but the burglar couldn't get past the safety locks, the new windows stopped the entry!

Overall it was a great experience working with CRI, everything went along very smoothly and would definitely recommend them, their product and their crew!

We, Tim and Lisa Sager, were the 2012 contestant winners. We won $20,000.00 of new windows from entering their drawing. We had the windows installed on March 8th by Kevin and his crew, Crit, Sam and Jerry. We could not be more thrilled about the new windows we received. Great customer service, professional, friendly, the guys were unbelievable. We had lunch together, they put in 11 windows in 6 hours. We have been and will continue to refer them like crazy, especially Kevin's crew! Tim and I are so thankful for the new windows, our old windows were 52 years old! We can't thank CRI enough, overall it was a fabulous experience, from the young girls that helped sign us up for the drawing, meeting with the reps and the installation, so happy.

On April 12th Ken and Darci from CRI installed my replacement kitchen windows. The new windows look wonderful, I cannot believe how much quieter the kitchen is! One of the first pieces of equipment that was brought in was a vacuum cleaner and they used it often. The installation was very professional and efficient. We are very impressed with the high quality of their products and for having such good workers like Ken and Darci.

Custom Remodelers made it possible for us to have the best looking house in the neighborhood. Our new roof's quality is one that will last a long time and continue to look great. We had almost decided that we could not afford a new roof but then the company offered extra incentives which made it look possible, and an opportunity we could not pass up. The men that came out to replace the roof worked all day removing the old roof and topping the house and garage with new shingles. This wasn't the first time we had CRI out either. Over two years ago we had them replace our vinyl siding (what a fabulous change that made!). Then last year we added glass block windows in the basement. Now our new roof is the "frosting on the cake", we can't thank them enough for making this renewal possible. We think very highly of this company and would recommend them to anyone!

We had initially set up a meeting with custom remodelers after meeting them at the Princeton Business Expo. We were thinking about getting our windows replaced so we thought that it would be a good idea to set up an appointment.

The sales representative came out to our house and showed us his demonstration, he sold me at the heat part of the demo. I was amazed that you couldn't feel anything through the glass. My husband deals with all of the finances in the household so he wanted to do a little more research before committing to the windows. The sales rep then gave us a list of people in the area who had also got their windows done with CRI. My husband recognized one of his friends on the list and decided to give him a call and get his opinion on the company and the windows. He had only good things to say about both, his opinion ultimately convinced my husband in getting the windows. We really needed to get our large windows in the front of the house done first because they were very large and a huge heating cost to us, so that is where we started.

We were very excited that were were able to get windows that matched the wood trim in our home. The guys who came to install the windows were great, they moved my grand piano and covered it as well as all of my furniture and flooring by the windows. They installed the large windows in one day. My husband was at work during the installation and when he got home and inspected them he was very surprised that he couldn't find one piece of stucco on the ground outside.

One of the biggest things for us was that the following winter we did not have to wrap the windows and there was no frost. The remaining windows in our home all frosted and we had to wrap so we gave Custom a call and had them replace the rest of the windows. We absolutely love them and get so many compliments. This company really works hard to keep their customers satisfied, I have never had windows of this quality and have had to call a few times to figure out how to clean them and lock them and the company sent a person all the way out to our home just to give us a demonstration. To me that is the definition of customer service, they have gone out of their way numerous times to make sure we are completely satisfied.

My husband and I are both very satisfied and would/have highly recommended them to our friends and family. If we need any other work done on our home down the road we know who we will be calling!

We just moved into our new home this past August and the front two bay windows were in very bad condition. They both get a lot of sunlight and were very sun damaged from that, and so was the flooring and other items located near that area. My husband knew that Jon, a sales representative from the company, did replacement windows and gave him a call to come out and give us an estimate. Jon was very appropriately dressed when he came out and did a very good job explaining the product and answered any questions we had. He was thorough, courteous, and not pushy at all.

We were very impressed with the quality and construction of the window. We put in our order for the windows at the end of December and weren't expecting them to come and install them until spring but were out the first week of January to install them. It was rather cold when they did and you could tell they knew what they were doing, the installation was very systematic. The windows look great and we really like the warranty for them. Overall it was a very good experience with Custom Remodelers and we would definitely refer them to anyone looking to get new windows.

The sales representatives that we met with were very nice and friendly. For our first project we had our roof done, the price was a bit high but the quality of the product and the installation matched that. We then got our siding done as well as our windows. I love the siding, it looks so nice and its the first thing you look at when you see the house. Our experience with all of the crews were great, they were just as nice and friendly as the sales reps, and we would definitely recommend their work.

A person from CRI came to our door and we were looking to get new windows, so the timing was perfect. Chaz and Brad were great and very knowledgeable. Brad did the demonstration and Chaz told us more about the company, we could really tell that they really enjoy their jobs. One thing that stood out to us was their punctuation, everyone that we had come out was always on time and were here when they said they would be. They never gave us a "three-hour window" like some companies do, they told us the exact time and were here when they said they would be. Kevin and two other guys installed all of our windows and were here early in the morning and were finished by ten. That night there was already a noticeable difference with the sound and the temperature. Whole experience with CRI was great, would definitely recommend!

We really appreciated that Joel, our installer, called to let us know his arrival status and kept us informed of the progress. Like all of the Custom employees we have dealt with, Joel was very friendly and very professional.

Initially a young door-to-door guy kicked it off and noticed that we already had new windows but were in need of a new garage door. The sales representatives (some the same, some different) that we met with for all three of our projects we got done through CRI were very professional. There were no hidden agendas they got us the best price on high quality products. As a three-peat customer I would highly recommend them to others, as we would not have gone past the first project otherwise. Overall it was a great experience.

CRI has been a fantastic company to work with. I contacted them when I saw their display in the mall around the holiday season and was looking for a quote on windows. When the sales team came by to go over my options they were very courteous and professional.

I was very impressed with the quality of the windows for the price they were offering. I am also a big fan of supporting local, family owned businesses.

The windows were installed quickly and professionally and I love them! They are more beautiful and way more energy efficient than what I had before.
