Kevin and his crew from CRI did the work yesterday and were very friendly and easy to get along with (as were the other representatives that came to our house prior, we had a very nice visit with the sales representative who sold us the windows, he was both professional and courteous). When Kevin first got to our house yesterday he told us it would take about 6 hours to install all of the windows so I figured I'd have enough time to go and get a haircut then come back and they'd still be working, but that was not the case. My wife said that worked extremely hard and fast and had it completed in less than that 6 hours they gave themselves to finish the installation. They also did a very good job at cleaning up afterwards (we are hoping to see a big difference in next month excel bill with the new windows). Overall we had a great experience and if we are ever in the need for remodeling down the road we would use them again, no doubt.

We are very happy with Custom Remodelers, the initial representatives that we met were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They were even able to save our old woodwork around our windows that we didn't want to remove. Rick the installer was very friendly, cooperative and knew exactly what he was doing. We love the product (windows) and the warranty on them. Overall this was a great experience and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

A young, college aged man stopped by my house and said he would send someone to give me a quote for my deck and front siding. He was really nice and I usually say no and send them away but I accepted his word for it. The appointment was set for the next day with Jon and Robert. Jon went on to tell me more about the company and their history as Robert did the measuring and gave me a quote. At first it was a bit high but he was able to bring it down to a good price.

The crews were great, they good did a very good job and had the siding done in about three days, which was much quicker than I expected (and looks fabulous). The whole maintenance free aspect was a big thing for me when it came to the siding. As soon as they were completed with that they started to prepare to do the deck but had to wait for the permit. As soon as they got it they started and had the deck done in about three days, and again was much quicker than I had anticipated it being done. The deck looks fabulous, I would definitely recommend CRI to my friends and family.

We approached by the company back in November, Chaz's presentation was great, he was very knowledgeable of the product and the terminology after the presentation we decided to follow through with getting the remodeling done. What we especially liked was that they stuck to their word. They told us when the work would be completed and followed that timeline. We love the windows, the maintenance on them is so easy. We were also very impressed on the warranty that came with the windows, definitely solidified the deal for us. What else was nice was that Kevin showed up early on Friday and the whole crew was very friendly and got the work done very fast.

I have been in the business of plastics and manufacturing for 32 years and have a very good understanding of installation, molding and expansions with such materials. After seeing how the Lindsay Windows are manufactured I can tell you first hand that they are very advanced. I have not seen another window yet that can compare to their quality.

We initially got a bay window installed in our living room and loved it so much that we had a picture window installed in our kitchen, and we are so pleased with the installations that we are now working on getting all of our windows replaced.

Great company, with a professional staff and crew, my wife and I highly recommend them and their windows.

The sales people did a good job, they weren't pushy and explained everything to us. Compared to company's in the past it was nice getting a straight answer with the questions that we asked. Both times that Kevin came out to install the windows he was very professional and courteous. Him and his crew did a solid job and cleaned up very nice afterwards. We had work done with another company before they did not. One of the first windows broke and that was no problem, they were able to order up a new one and get that installed. They were very fast and thorough when installing our windows, and overall was a good experience.

We were initially approached by a door-knocker. He was really nice, so we set up an appointment and Bob and Dave came out. The sales meeting went very well and they were both extraordinarily nice. They were very professional and courteous. Kevin and his crew were really nice. They did a very good job at cleaning up afterwards, they cleaned the windows, put a drop cloth down so that weren't stepping on the floor. They even brought their own vacuum and didn't leave anything behind.

Having had poor service from a different remodeler, we were leery when CRI came to the door. However, having seen so many of their signs around the neighborhood, we gave them a chance. What a pleasant surprise! The service was excellent, and very personal. The installer, Kevin, is very professional. If anything isn't to the buyer's liking, he will make it right. The windows are beautiful, and very high quality. We look forward to working with CRI again in the future.

The sales people are unethical thieves. The management isn't customer service oriented. They don't keep appointments. THEY LIE!!!! THEY CHEAT!!!! THEY STEAL!!!! My problem was very simple and couldn't have been handled as poorly as this anywhere else I'm sure. When I was 21 and bought my first house a friend of mine left a window open and just by chance a tornado came by and tore it off my house. The subcontractor work for the windows was done by CRI in the first place so I decided I would call them and get a replacement. The salesmen gave me options and I like good quality so I decided on a sweet triple silver window. The best one basically. It was expensive and I was told if I get the ball rolling it would happen faster. Down payment etc. After 3 months of telling me they are coming they are coming. The general manager or whomever it was tells me (after I called to ask WTF?!?!) that they couldn't get the window I wanted after all and they would have to give me the same ones that I already had. I said ok fine I need a window so get it over. I asked him about the pricing of this new window and he told me what I had paid them would cover it. I replied by saying I need to know what this inferior window would cost because It wasn't what we agreed on and wasn't as nice. Then I was THREATENED with a lien on my house if I didn't take the window and said they didn't have to tell me the cost of the product. After yelling at this guy for 10 minutes he divulges that he already paid the salesman the commission for the window and they couldn't and wouldn't give me a better price because they F'ed up. So another 6 months went by and they finally replaced my window (9 months total for one window). They charged me 2x what It should have cost and also installed it without all the pieces so it didn't open for 2 more years and I had to use the BBB to force them to come out and finish the job. If I wasn't so young and naive at the time I would have told them to F off. I'm not using my real name because I would assume these A-holes would try to sue me for slander. I copy pasted this from google because I noticed that CRI is faking good reviews and that needs to stop. They are cancer for your house.

I am so happy with my new windows. My husband had built the house a little over 50 years ago and the workers were able to keep the original wood there, which made me very happy. The old windows that we had we not air tight and were very hard to open and clean (I used to have to get a ladder and stand in the sink to clean them), and now there is no need to! The cleaning process is simple and they open much more easily. I can not express in words how happy I am, they are such high quality and the guys installing them did a beautiful job.
