My first experience with CRI was in July of 2009 and I had siding soffits and fascia put on the entire house and garage. Tim worked extremely hard because I didn't know what exactly I could afford and wanted so he was very patient with me and came up with a super price. The installer did a fantastic job, and actually worked by himself and still complete the job in three days.

Then in July of 2012 Ernest and Bob came out to give me an estimate on windows. They both worked extremely hard with a person who still didn't know what he wanted. Once again they were very professional, and worked to have 12 windows and interior and exterior doors put on. Needless to say I was still very happy with the price and the installation.

Then in November of this year, Luke came out and did the remaining 6 windows, he was very patient with a buyer who still didn't know what he exactly wants. Kevin is set up to do the installation after the first of the year and I expect and anticipate it to be another fabulous job.

I would recommend CRI to anyone who is looking for siding, windows, doors or anything else.

When my family was at the State Fair CRI had a display so we signed up for a consultation as well as other companies. CRI was the only company to call us within a couple of weeks. When Bob and Phil came to our house they surprised us because they weren't "rookie" salesmen, they both have been with the company for 20 years and knew what they were talking about. They gave us great advice and a wonderful deal! Kevin and his crew were fast! They installed all our windows and 3 doors in a day. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional! Kevin had left us his number and when we called with a concern someone was out that day to talk to us. They are a great company to work with! We love our windows and have many neighbors who are jealous about our beautiful front door!

We were considering getting our fascia and soffit done and when a door knocker stopped by our home from Custom Remodelers and my wife agreed to have a meeting set up. Joe, the sales representative, gave us a couple different things to consider and we accepted. Once Jeff showed up he knew exactly what to do, and demonstrated what it would look like and my wife didn't like it so he changed it, and again she didn't like it so he changed it until it met her needs and she was happy. So if it made her happy I was happy and I am glad Jeff worked with her so that it looked exactly how she wanted it to look. They left the site clean and came out and fixed anything they said they would and made sure everything was complete. They were great and we would definitely call them for more work down the road.

One of the guys from Custom Remodelers stopped by our house and gave us information about the company. Then we contacted them about a month later to have a representative come out. Tim and Jon from CRI came out to talk to us about our windows. Tim was very helpful when talking to us about the windows and finding a product that would work perfectly for our home. Overall he had a such great attitude and we really enjoyed working with him.

Kevin, the installer, was great too. We couldn't believe how well it went, you could say it was a "painless" operation. They were prompt, polite, courteous and worked very hard to get everything done in a timely manner. The products match perfectly and look beautiful.

We are very happy that we got our windows done with Custom Remodelers. We have already given out their name as a recommendation and have also scheduled another appointment to have them come back out and finish the remainder of our windows.Great Company!

This is our third window job we have done with Custom Remodelers. We have slowly replaced windows after moving into our older house in 2008. When we first started looking we had a lot of people come that were going to buy windows from Home Depot and install them. We wanted a company that would stand by their product. Our salesperson Ryan came with examples of what we could do and how each window would work. From the first day the new windows were installed my wife and noticed how much quieter our house was. We also saw significant savings on our energy bills.

We knew that Custom Remodelers was the right company to complete the rest of our houses windows after an experience we had after the first set of windows was installed. When it rained heavily the new windows had drips of water. We called our salesperson who dispatched Dan one of their service technician to make sure the windows were not the issue. It turned out that it was actually our older windows upstairs that were leaking and water was finding its way into the house. Dan climbed on a latter and caulked and sealed the windows that they did not install and had no obligation to fix. This extra effort shows the dedication this company has towards its customers.

We would definitely recommend Custom Remodelers to anyone needing new windows.

I was at the Minneapolis home show about two years ago and signed up for their drawing that they were having. We got our roof done and were thinking about other projects that needed to be done and our existing windows were leaking and very old. They contacted us a few times over that two year period asking if we were interested in getting a quote and finally we decided that we should look into it. The two gentlemen that stopped by were very informative, courteous and answered a lot of questions for us. We decided to go with the company and the installation was unbelievably fast. They started at 8am and were done by 1pm and we had 10 windows installed. That included the inside trim as well. The building inspecter seemed to be very impressed by the work they did. So far everything has gone great and we are already getting compliments from our neighbors. We would definitely have our future work done by Custom Remodelers.

A door knocker came to the house, I believe his name was Devin, and talked to my husband and set up a time with a sales representative. The guys came and showed us samples of the windows and explained to us the unique characteristics of their windows. They were extremely helpful and nice and gave us many options. They told step by step what they would do so I decided that this was the company that was going to handle our needs. We have had many offers in the past but the CRI products seemed to be the best quality with the best prices.

The crew was very friendly, and the crew leader, Kevin, was great. He knew exactly what he was doing and seemed very experienced. Kevin's crew was very efficient and hard working. They always had a positive attitude and finished the work in a timely manner and made sure to vacuum and clean up everything afterwards.

I am very satisfied with the work that we got done, the windows look great! We would totally recommend CRI to anyone looking to get any remodeling done on their home, especially windows.

I had a remodeling company come out and put new siding and soffits on my home but I did not like the how the job turned out. So we had Custom Remodelers come out and they re-did our siding and soffits and it turned out great. The product is very high quality and the crew did a great job installing it. They were always on time and when they were finished they did an excellent job cleaning up. We have a rental house that needed some work so we decided to have them take a look at that as well. In the end we had them install all new windows, soffits, doors and aluminum trim on it. Both jobs that we got done through CRI went very well and we would definitely use them again in the future for any remodeling need.

One year ago we had CRI replace two kitchen windows and I liked them so much that I had them replace the remainder of the windows in my house. Kevin and Guy were very professional and worked very well together and their crew expressed great teamwork. I could tell that they had twenty plus years of experience. I had no complaints when they had finished with my windows, they also did a fabulous job of cleaning up and answering any additional questions I had regarding the windows. I would highly recommend CRI and their crew.

Upon Recommendation from a friend we had Custom Remodelers Inc install all of our deck doors and windows. The product they use is great quality. The windows & patio doors are holding up wonderfully. They were great to deal with and very professional. Showed up when they said they would! Cleaned up everything and they were finished in a very timely manner. I would do business with them again for sure! HIGHLY recommend this FANTASTIC company!
