Expensive. Gave an expensive bid to fix a hot water in tub. Part was only $19 at Lowes he wanted $50 . Also they fixed a pipe earlier this year and the hot water was fine since then it has not been hot in tub. Hot water in all other faucets.. wanted $200 min. to replace a cartridge , without even looking at it to see if that was the problem. Remember it worked before he fixed a pipe . Feels like an extreme rip off. Got another plumber to adjust it for $75. Be careful out there with home repairs.. ;)
