In Short – Redstone is a cross between a sexy singles spot (at the huge bar) and a dining room oozing appearance-conscious couples. The lavish lodge look includes a stone fireplace, immense dried-flower arrangements and cushy booths. Most of the hearty fare gets sizzled over open flames. Artful appetizers include an aromatic flatbread topped with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. The signature chicken is sealed inside a 40-spice coat and filet mignon is slathered with blue cheese.

Great Place to Dance on Wednesday nights

It is one of the few places in Eden Prairie that you can bring your wife to dance and have fun. The crowd is sometimes a bit crazy but people watching is half the fun.
- Pros: Good Food, Great Atmosphere, Great Outdoor area
- Cons: It can be expensive and crowded

too typical

Just a typical over the top restaurant with expensive items on the menu and a very expensive drink menu. Not impressed. I'm especially not impressed with the management and their unloyalty to their employees.

Good Music, Nice atmosphere...

Went there for first time last Saturday and from all of the good things that I heard, my expectations were met. The outdoor patio bar was excellent. Must try the fondue appetizer..excellent. I wouldn't reccommend the burgers, but chicken dishes are worth every penny...tender and seasoned just right!
