WATCH OUT FOR THIS PLACE!!!!. I had a lunch there on Saturday at 1 pm. Half way through our lunch manager informed me that someone broke into my car and passenger's side window was crashed. This upscale restaurant doesn't have security cameras in the parking lot. Safety of guests and their personal belongings is not the top priority for them. A police officer informed me that this type of crime happened at Bacio's parking lot in the past. I am quite shocked that management team is not proactive about it.

Bad Experience, Bad service, subpar food for the price. A horrible experience. We went to celebrate a Birthday and the restaurant was understaffed. Waited 15 mins to get a drink at the bar. The waitress was apparently had too many tables. Waited 10 mins for the first visit to the table. The food is OK but well overpriced. I think Bacio puts on the "face" that they are a fine dining establishment however a LOT is missing including service, portion size and overall taste. Of course this is just my opinion upon a single visit however in this economy restaurants better start measuring up to their supposed "stature" or they will be out of business. Hope your dining experience is better than ours. I for one will not be back.

Good Food, but Overpriced and Extremely Small Portions. Nicely done interior, interesting artwork and murals, but a bit noisy. Good food, but very small portions and not a good value - I will not return, as there are many better options.

Save Yourself the Drive Downtown. Very good Italian restaurant in the west metro. We had the bruschetta, fussili lunghi, and tortiglioni rossa, all very tasty. The service was excellent. Prices are on the high end, but you will have a good meal. Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere and service.. I meet up with a couple friends for dinner and drinks. The sky light in the center of the dining room really grabs your attention. Other decor and service was also very nice. I had the chicken parm, which was good but nothing spectactular. Overall, kind of an average blah suburban restaurant.

Great food, great ambience, great service. I really cannot complain too much about this place! Great food consistently over several visits - go for their seafood selections and they have fabulous salads. The service is professional and better than most places around town. Ambience is awesome - you can get a booth in the bar even, or a nice table in the restaurant. The tables in the bar area are good for a small group meeting out for drinks. They have a nice little outdoor patio as well though it's facing the parking lot. Highly recommend this place. Cheers!

perfect for a graduation dinner. Bacio combined the elegance my dad wanted to treat us to with some food my teenagers could recognize, though we did convince my 14 year old to try the calamari and he liked it , as did the adults. The decor is beautiful without being intimidating; we took a bunch of pictures. Everything we ordered was delicious and carefully prepared. As an environmentally and nutritionally conscious person, I appreciated the use of local , organic ingredients and a light hand with the salt. Service was very attentive. We did have to wait a bit for the chocolate Budinos at the end, but I could see why when they arrived-I'm sure they are not making these ahead of time. I wish I had had room for more than a taste off my kid's plate, but I was full of yummy calamari, tangy salad, crusty bread and perfect fettucini.

Fun, good value. Affordable & good. Great service, quality of food is consistent. Although patio looks out on a parking lot, the wall is high enough that you don't notice while seated. My kids enjoy it as well.

Zelo owners offer a sexy Italian eatery in Minnetonka's Bonaventure mall.. In Short
Stylish Italian and Asian accents float through free-hanging brick arches, rich black booths line the floor. At lunch, the sun-infused space is airy; at night, shadowy light seeps under velvet-shaded table lamps. Like the decor, the menu blends Italian tradition with a few contemporary Asian accents. Chicken fennel bread soup is full of subtle vegetable flavors and textures. Ahi tuna has wasabi mashed potatoes and pork tenderloin is juicy with merlot.

Disappointed!. Overall, we were very disappointed with Bacio. Our server was horribly slow and confused. Our entree's were brought out at the same time as our appetizer followed by our drinks! The food was middle of the road at best. My husbands steak was closer to well-done instead of the requested medium-rare and my pasta entree was cold and bland. We will not be back.
