jeff hawes. i had the pleasure of working with Jeff Hawes, mortgage consultant. He met with me and within 2 weeks we had our closing for a refinance of my home in becker,mn.He explained everything to be expected and all the closing costs in great detail.Mortgage Elite is the smoothest and best company to go to for all your mortgage needs.. very pleased with them..Thanks Jeff!

Mortgage Elite gets 5 Stars ! 3/16/2012. Mortgage Elite as the name implies are the go to people in the mortgage industry. Ive owned 4 houses in the course of my lifetime and been thru several unpleasant closings with expensive surprises. David Campbell put a stop to that his extensive work experience in the industry made for a seamless and smooth closing with no hidden surprises. Since he explains the process up front, and in great detail you know what to expect and this reduces the stress level considerably. Not a better company in the Midwest to help you with a mortgage, my situation was complicated and David tirelessly worked thru the details to get it done to my satisfaction, you can't put a price on that kind of service!

Took Two Years for Someone to CARE. I had been trying to refinance for over 2 years. I heard many stories over that time. Then I received a call from Mortgage Elite for my basic information. The very next day Dave Campbell called to tell me that he found a program that would lower my interest rate and house payment. He was accomodating even coming out to meet me near home to sign papers.Dave answered calls and e mails very timely and no question or concern was not answered. I highly recommend this very professional, hardworking mortgage consultant. Call Dave Campbell at Mortgage Elite if you are hoping to refinance.

Works to make it happen for you!. I contacted Dave Campbell after he was referred to me from my mother in law. She had been looking to refinance for some time and not having a lot of luck. My wife and I had been discussing cutting as many costs as possible. I am in construction and with the economy, concerned that lay offs could be coming.

I met with Dave within a week of our first conversation. Dave was easy to get a hold of with questions, we were able to close our loan in no time. I was not able to get away from work to close. He made arrangements to have someone come to our home to finish up the process. I would recommend with Dave Campbell, he will do what he can to make things happen for you!

Live 3 Hours from the cities, came to our home!. A family member in the cities had discussed meeting with Dave Campbell to refinance her home. She had a very positive experience and thought we may be interested as well. My husband drove to the cities and met with Dave Campbell, felt confident that he could help us out. When it came time to close on the refinance we were having a difficult time working with our schedules and our children's to get back to the cities. He had someone meet us in our home to finish things up. It was such a relief! Great customer service, lowered our house payment significantly!

David Campbell did right by us.. We were interested in getting a refinace with the rates so low and David had called...and continued to call my hubby and I'm very greatful for his persistence. At first I was sceptical but indeed we went from 6.875 to 3.375 for a 15 year. This reversed what was going to interest and principle. We will be able to pay it down faster and highly recommend him to show you your savings. It took awhile but we were patient and it went through without a hitch.

I got what I needed, when I needed it the most. I got a call from this guy on a night when I thought all hope was lossed. My wife had just filed for Divorce and my job just cut my hours. I was not in the mood for another telemarketer call. But when I spoke with Forest the first thing he said to me is "Life is Good". He told me he would be able to help me get the loan into my name and lower the payment. I was court ordered to put the loan in my name but thought that I would not be able to lower the payment as my interest rate was 4.75%. He droped it down to 3.5% on a 30 year fixed and I got to skip one month of mortgage payments. I am now able to afford the house and I no longer have the ex on the loan. Don't do any transactions with David Campbell. We were inquiring about refinancing our mortgage when me and my wife were introduced to David Campbell. At first we thought he was acting extremely eradic but as we continued with our conversation his dispositions became more manic! We terminated the conversation and ended up going with a major company. The information Mr. Campbell was actually full of untruths - apparently he assumed that we were going to believe everything that he made statements and that we would allow him to move forward. In closing, this individual knows very little about the mortgage business so I would advise looking elsewhere.

Great Company!!!!!!. Jeff and the guys over at Mortgage Elite are the best!! I've used other company's in the past and Jeff by far out did them. From being very knowledgeable about the whole refinance, Very fast and always got back to us in a very timely manner. Communication was great we always knew where we were at and never felt more comfortable throughout the whole process, not to mention the best value for our family I could find. So awesome customer service and the best value for your money. It's a easy choice in my opinion!! Thanks a lot, Morgan
