In Short – It doesn't look like much from the outside, but One Yoga covers a total of 3,000 sq. feet of space that includes clean changing rooms, bathrooms, massage and work areas. The non-profit studio offers more than 20 classes a week, ranging from power yoga to gentle hatha and Danskinetics and Tantra. Yoga masters and newcomers can find a class for all skill levels at this community-focused space, including the popular vinyasa yoga, an eclectic, flowing yoga that involves sun salutations to build heat and increase heart rate.
Everyone feels welcome here!!

I've tried nearly a dozen other studios over the past ten years, and I LOVE it here. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced = there is a class for you! The vibe is all low key, and isn't snotty snotterson at all. After the free class (i think it's offered once/mo.) I purchased the intro one month unlimited and I used it like crazy.
Beautiful Studio, Great Yoga with a Mission
by morr0226
One yoga is a gorgeous studio tucked away in a little nook across the street from The Wedge Co-op. They offer many different levels and styles of classes each week as well as monthly workshops. The teachers are kind and talented. What puts is ahead of other studios in town, though, is their non-profit status and well-defined mission. They offer more than half of their weekly classes on a pay-what-you-can basis, suggesting $8-10 per class. They also have a great student discount, where students pay just $10 a class. In a time when many people are priced out of yoga, One Yoga's mission shows a powerful dedication to bringing yoga to everyone, regardless of socio-economic status.
- Pros: Beautiful studio, great teachers, variety of classes, donation-based classes
- Cons: None!

The Details on One Yoga Studio
When to Go:
Evening classes fill up fast, so weekdays and weekends are the best options for avoiding cramped sessions.
The Extras:
One Yoga is non-profit studio. The center offers a free introduction course as well as donation-based yoga and meditation classes. Suggested donations are $8 per class.
Know Before You Go:
Because the studio is near a busy intersection in an urban area, you can occasionally hear trucks, cars, airplanes and other noises during class. Instructors often play music to try and keep the sounds out, but if you're someone who gets easily distracted, this might not be the best option for you.
