Everyone feels welcome here!!.
I've tried nearly a dozen other studios over the past ten years, and I LOVE it here. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced = there is a class for you! The vibe is all low key, and isn't snotty snotterson at all. After the free class (i think it's offered once/mo.) I purchased the intro one month unlimited and I used it like crazy.

Beautiful Studio, Great Yoga with a Mission.
One yoga is a gorgeous studio tucked away in a little nook across the street from The Wedge Co-op. They offer many different levels and styles of classes each week as well as monthly workshops. The teachers are kind and talented. What puts is ahead of other studios in town, though, is their non-profit status and well-defined mission. They offer more than half of their weekly classes on a pay-what-you-can basis, suggesting $8-10 per class. They also have a great student discount, where students pay just $10 a class. In a time when many people are priced out of yoga, One Yoga's mission shows a powerful dedication to bringing yoga to everyone, regardless of socio-economic status.

A large, open studio offering several ashtanga, vinyasa, hatha and power yoga classes a week..
In Short
It doesn't look like much from the outside, but One Yoga covers a total of 3,000 sq. feet of space that includes clean changing rooms, bathrooms, massage and work areas. The non-profit studio offers more than 20 classes a week, ranging from power yoga to gentle hatha and Danskinetics and Tantra. Yoga masters and newcomers can find a class for all skill levels at this community-focused space, including the popular vinyasa yoga, an eclectic, flowing yoga that involves sun salutations to build heat and increase heart rate.

I love this place..
I started yoga 4 years ago at One Yoga as a complete "newbie" who knew nothing about yoga and was rather out of shape. At one time or another I've taken all the classes from Vinyasa Basics to Ashtanga. The teachers are all very warm, helpful, accepting - yet give you a good challenge if you are looking for it. The facility itself is beautiful. I've been to several yoga studios and this is still my favorite - the warm orange walls and the fabulous skylight are the best. I highly recommend this studio and its teacher to beginning yoga students through experiences yogis. You'll find all there - all ages, all body shapes, all levels. It's a great place. I've gone from yoga "newbie" to a certified yoga teacher myself who will soon be teaching on the West Coast. Thanks One Yoga. I still miss your studio!!

Just right....
Great location with great teachers! Highly recommended, although I don't want to make this place crowded... I like the way it is now.
