Disapointment!!!!. Planning a Limo coach I thought was easy and fun!!!

I went about planning a birthday party for me and 2 other friends. Simple 30 person Limo coach was all that I wanted! After gathering the down payment and paying I thought that I was all set. The date 5 hours before the scheduled pick up....ON A FRIDAY. City View called and canceled "due to weather conditions" MIND YOU it snowed only a inch in the Minneapolis area and less then and inch in St cloud. (pick up destination)

So we scrambled to find other companies, all of which were very expensive but willing to travel to St Cloud. So I called City View back to express my concerns and willingness to continue with them through the night. I talked to man instead of the female that left the message. He explained that he had no Knowledge of what was going on and that he would find out the situation. After an hour of waiting he called back...

The driver was playing basketball and blew his knee out and didnt/couldnt drive.. The guy then said he would look for anther driver but couldn’t promise anything.. In the end you guessed it we where out of a limo coach and the down payment of 150.00...... Which we are still waiting for...

Recommended...... Not Likely....

Wonderful Experience. I rented a stretch limo for my wife's 45th Birthday. The chauffeur - Steve arrived a little early with a very nice black stretch limo. He made the birthday even more special for my wife and I. The reservation process was also very simple. I made it on line and promptly received a quick confirmation back. I would highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to call again for maybe my birthday next time! (hint to the wife)

Avoid this limo service. I wanted to plan something special for my husband?s birthday and father?s day. I thought I was paying for a winery tour. But what I got was a really nice driver, a car, and a day that was nothing but a huge disappointment. They come off as the event planner. Don?t fall for this, save your money, and plan and drive it yourself. The times they tell you would never work out. They don?t keep track of the winery tours to know when and if they offer tours. And when I asked for a refund they only felt responsible for a small portion of it.

Very Professional. I have been using White Knight Limouisne for several years for everything from airport transfers to dinners. They are a very reliable service. I have not ever had a problem such as a late driver or a limouisne that wasn't thourghly cleaned. The cars are always sparkling. They also have great chauffeurs and staff and a wide variety of vehicles.

Great Limousine Service. I rented a party bus for New Years Eve from White Knight. The driver was excellent. He was very fun and professional. He arrived a few minutes early. The party bus was very clean and looked nice. I will be using White Knight for certain in the future.
