This strip-mall studio's interior will feel like a furnace; the space is heated for the workout. Silly but stern instructors usually call out poses and correct techniques. Bikram yoga is a series of 26 hatha postures and two pranayama breathing exercises selected to stimulate, invigorate and energize every cell, tissue, muscle, joint, bone and organ in the body. The workout will feel aerobic, with your heart rate climbing for most of the 45-minute class and downright pounding during the most strenuous postures.
