One of the better aquariums I've been to. Its at the Mall of America so its full of kids all of the time, but the exibits are good and they have a wide variety of things to look at. Actually, the fact that it is at the mall of america is also good because its easy to find a place to park and eat. At most aquariums you are stuck with theater food.

SpongeBob SquarePants!. The aquarium's exhibit this summer with SpongeBob SquarePants was a huge hit with my family! We liked it so much that we used our wristbands and went through 3 times and ended up purchasing the Family Membership so that we can continue to visit throughout the year. My kids also liked touching the sharks and stingrays in the Touchpool.

Unique experience.... The aquarium, for the most part is good. The variety of fish is equal to or greater than many other facilities and is one of a handful of aquariums in the world to have a full tunnel experience. Often times, however, the facility is under staffed sometimes making it difficult to get questions answered. The aquarium also seems, at times, more concerned with the amount of money it is making rather than the care of its animals. They trade animals in and out and move them around as if trading commodities on Wall Street. Overall, this is something to see, but don't buy into all their hype.

Just Fishy. I was there in the spring and I just loved it and the people ther were so nice to us. We came as a church youth group from Tennessee.
