I love Cora's. I have been eating there since I was a teen(in my late twenties) and I have never, ever been disappointed. My absolute favorite things there are the wontons and the egg rolls. Hands down some of the best wontons and eggrolls I can find around. Also, the wontons are made with REGULAR cream cheese, which most places make them with sweet cream cheese. for anyone who cares about that anyway, personally I prefer them over any other.
Worst Service Period.... Not recommended! Great "SALTY" wings but the wings are not good enough to make up for the terrible service they have. They have rude employees for a place that are probably run by owners and nobody knows how to make card transactions. VERY dirty environment, I don't know how they passed inspections....
Best Chicken Wings period.. Yeah, the place isn't much to look at... but don't judge a book by its cover. Try their non-spicy chicken wings and if you're having folks over, get a party pack with half spicy half sweet wings.
Stay Away!. What a rip off, 6 puny wings for $6. These wings were sitting under a hot lamp for who knows how long. These are literally the worst wings I have ever eaten. If you are thinking of going here, save your money and your taste buds and go to a grocery store to pick up any brand of frozen wings because these are far worse. What kind of wing joint sells eggrolls and fried rice anyways? If you want decent wings check out Shorty and Wags or any other place really.
Family Pack. The family pack comes with everything you need-fried rice, egg rolls, cheese puffs, wings, and a 2 "LiterCola." All for $25 something! What a deal! My husband and I are gonna get this for dinner tonight, lol!
Best Wings. Food is prepared for you, not sitting around getting stale. I have eaten the wings for years and still find them better than anyone else's. When I have them as part of a pot-luck they are a favorite menu item. I have never served them to anyone who did not comment on how good they were. The fried rice and egg rolls are also good but the wings are exceptional.
BEST WINGS IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!. Born on the west side of St Paul, I am a long-time, loyal customer of Cora's chicken wings! I, as well as almost everyone else from the west side, was practically raised on them! Cora and her family are extremely friendly & caring people and I am proud to support their family owned business!
Best Wings. I do think they have the best wings. The down side is, they are made to order- so you may have to wait a bit. Otherwise, I'd say you can't find wings like this anywhere.
On Concord Street, not George. Well I made two attempts to locate this place. The first time, I nearly missed George St. which is easy to do if you're going north on Robert and don't know that George is the bridge street that crosses over Robert. After finding George street I then discovered they're actually on Concord. I went back home. To get me there a second time (I live in West Bloomington) these wings were going to have to be pretty d*mned good. So what's the verdict you say? Well I'll just suffice to say I won't be going back soon. Tastewise, you can find something comparable at Leeann Chin and save yourself the gas. Value-wise: Fried rice and 6 wings for about $4 is a good deal. That I'll give them. Try if you must but probably not worth a major trip unless you're just feeling adventuresome.
