Ants in my food. I order up a stupid pizza with cheese, i was fixing for a good meal, but when it came to my house, ants were crawling all up in my cheese, and laying eggs in my sauce. maybe these yankees up in the north land might like god dang ants.

All-around good experience.. I've always been one to order from the Lake road store because it's closer to my house. However, I ordered a pizza for delivery last night from the store on Valley creek and woodbury drive and it went smoother than these other people on here might have you think. the girl that answered the phone was pleasant and answered all my questions for me. i did feel the delivery fee was a little high. I thought the driver (i think his nametag said Hollywood?) was cute until he opened his mouth and told me he'd be "happy to take it around the block again" when i told him he made it to my house quicker than expected. i guess i find his comment funny now when i think about it. pizza was in perfect shape and looked amazing. definitely will order from this store more often.

Alright Pizza, Last 2 experiences where crappy. The last two times I tried to call and get delivery and they tried to talk me out of. Then today 6/18/08 I called to order pizza at 8:30 at night and he said he was done. Very grumpy older guy. I do like the pizza, a little spendy for the price though. Not going back

Best place!. I personally think that this is an excellent place to get pizza. The girls there are very friendly and talkative. The price is fine and we are treated wonderfully. The pizza is always fresh and warm. I agree that it might take awhile, but whats a few extra minutes out of your busy schedule? This place is run by a small family who works a lot harder than any of the other carbone franchises. They are always customer friendly and try to please.

Good pizza but over priced and screwed up hours..... Much like Randyd's review we have also been turned off by their flex hours. If you say you are going to be open until 10pm on Saturdays, you stay open until 10pm. You do not close the store because you want to go home early. Very disappointing. Staff is friendly but they seem at times like you are bothering them by being there. The pizza is good but not amazing. Their meatball sub is fantastic but at $9 its not worth it. Its bread, meatballs and sauce...errr for $9. I would rather go to Pino's across the strip mall. Better Zaa and amazing customer service. Lower your prices, stay open your posted hours and teach your staff to smile.

Good if you can get it. This location serves excellent pizza. The problem is, they don't always abide by their posted hours. On several occasions, I've called and asked to order a pizza well ahead of their posted closing time only to be greeted with "Carbone's, Sorry We're closed" or "Carbone's, pickup only available". My biggest pet peeve with any type of business is your hours of operation. If you place ad's saying your open to a certain time, then provide your SERVICE until that time. Otherwise, it's misleading to the customer and becomes a real turnoff.
