Tasty, tasty, tasty!!!. This locally owned shop is wonderful!! From the salads, sandwiches and soups to the pizza, pasta salad and cookies. Many times you will find the owner working hard ensuring that only the highest standards are kept for the food and the service. You get more for your money and better food and service than you receive at Panera or any other chain. I have tried everything on their menu and it's always consistent, tasty and enjoyable. Have I mentioned how much I love this little shop?? Sadly I have moved away and am still trying to convince them to branch out, as there's nothing in our new town that even comes close. Even now and then I need to take a 2 hour road trip, just to have some Zuppa. :) ENJOY!!

A Shakopee diamond in the rough. This is a cute little sandwich & soup restaurant in a strip mall in Shakopee. The minute you walk in it smells wonderful like homemade bread and herbs. They make a great Turkey Foccacia and a great Turkey Cibatti sandwich. Toasted lightly to warm the bread and cheese- spring greens and their signature basil/garlic mayo. I have been so happy with the 2 sandwiches that I've tried so far, I'm sticking with them. I can't think of it getting any better! They have daily specials, and soup with every sandwich: tomato basil, chicken wild rice- jsut to name a few.
