Love it! Inexpensive, good selection, pulled and refurbished parts, some working refurbished systems, bare bones, and more! Susan's comment below is not representative of this company. I know the staff and the comment she listed was most likely made by her on the way out of the store. --Sorry, Susan, but this company is not here to hold your hand and teach you basic computing. Buy a Computers for Dummies book, take a class, or buy from Dell if you are too clueless to perform the simplest task of setting up a computer in your home.-- This company is here to offer great low prices on used and refurbished parts and systems! I love shopping here!

Box shop. I have been going there now for 10 years, and have found nothing good asvice and help. They are not in th e business to setup home computer in the house. And and as for the foul words i really dont that, I have meet the boos and the techs and all are very nice and pleasant.

AWESOME for parts!. I totally dig this store. I am also a nerd. I build my own computers. I do not need nor do I want the BS big box "experience" of shelling out $2500 for some piece of crap that is going to break down in 6 months. I want to walk in to a local store and get the part that I need. EVERY time I have called this place, they have had what I needed in stock, and the tech on staff doesn't start trying to sell me on a bunch of crap I don't need. Nor does the tech try to "impress" me with his knowledge. I have also found that their parts tend to be way cheaper than other similar stores - even other used parts stores.

I see another review that tears into this store because they did not do some sort of "in home setup" for the customer.

This is not the store for someone looking for something like that.

I'm sorry that the previous reviewer was unhappy, but generally any sort of "in home setup" deal is a totally separate thing which is also charged separately and usually costs an arm and a leg and furthermore is a total rip off - all adding up to it being pretty darned clear if that is part of what you're buying or not. Would you buy a car and expect the dealer to teach you how to drive?

Bottom line: if you're a nerd and you need parts - check this place out!

Horrible customer service and No returns!. This place is horrible. The tech at the store did not help me to establish a working computer in my home. Only stating that it works in the shop so anything else is not their problem. The owner would not consider any other options, would not refund my money, and did not address the rudeness of the tech. When I went to pick up the computer from the store the tech told me that maybe I should sell it. My response is that I would take my complaints to the internet. He said "F*** You"! As I was leaving the store this was his comment to me. They are listed on the BBB as an "F".

These complaints concerned :

- 1 regarding Customer Service Issues

1 - Inappropriate behavior by customer service personnel

- 2 regarding Refund or Exchange Issues

1 - Failure to honor refund, exchange or credit policies

1 - None of the Above - Refund or Exchange Complaint Issue

I would not give them any business!
