Prompt, friendly and reasonably priced. Ken's service was fast--someone came right over--and he spent a lot of time on the phone with me talking to me about my issues, even though he had lots of other calls coming in and had to call me back a couple of times.

I had two different guys come over to deal with a couple of different issues--I had a floor drain that needed to be unclogged, and a water heater replaced. Both jobs were done well and at a very reasonable cost and within good time--I called at 8:30, and by 1:30 all the work was done.

Ken's made my very bad day into a bit of a better one with their prompt, friendly and competent service and reasonable rates!
