My car needed a battery - which was dead (obviously) - and after I was able to get a 'jump start' from my neighbor, I called Paramount and they got me right in to install a new battery. This is the 2nd time I have been here (1st time was an oil change) and have received excellent customer service from every one I have dealt with I think it is great, especially being new to the area as of last fall

These guys rock!.
I had all tires replaced on my Hyundai Sonota. The tire sensor was broken and replaced. It didn’t function right and Tom, Andy and Andy kept on it and it works perfectly now in addition to the great tires. I also had problems with the $160 rebate from Goodyear and Andy got on it right away, called them and I should be getting it soon. If not, he gave me the number to get it.
Employees like Tom, Andy and Andy at Goodyear Champlin will definitely be a big part of the reason I return for future products and services. You've got to at the very least give these guys a pat on the back.
