My now fiance, Emma, and I were extremely pleased with our experience at Wedding Day Diamonds. She had looked at several jewelers for settings, but she found the one she loved at Wedding Day, along with the 2 runners up.

Dane was extremely helpful in helping me pick out the perfect diamond to go with the setting, which Wedding Day had recorded in a wish list when my fiance had previously visited. I personally know a jeweler, in another state, who told me that the price I received was very competitive... not to mention the no-strings-attached warranty!

After visiting all the mall jewelry stores along with the other stores outside the malls, it was clear the Wedding Day was our choice. Dane and the rest of the staff provideed the best experience by far we had while looking for engagement rings. The presentation was the best we had heard and provided us with real world knowledge of diamonds. Me and my fiance Laura will recommend Wedding Day to anyone looking for engagement rings.

Within five minutes or so I knew that Wedding Day stood ahead of other jewelers that I had visited at the mall. Brent Clark did a great job of assisting me, giving me a very informative presentation via ipad on pretty much every aspect of buying my fiancee's diamond and ring. After visiting most of the jewelry stores at the Mall of America, I left feeling under-informed and like I hadn't really seen that large of a selection, whereas Wedding Day's selection seemed a lot better. Brent was very easy to get along with and I felt comfortable, informed, and un-pressured with his sales style, which is really important to me. I ended up buying a loose diamond and proposing by giving it to my girlfriend in her Christmas stocking. We went in on NYE to pick out her band and Brent helped us again, turning out to be another great experience. Dane and everyone else at the store were also very helpful, and they are good at making you feel like a valued customer. One more thing they offered right off the bat that no other store did was to have me view numerous diamonds under a microscope, which in and of itself was both helpful and interesting to someone like myself who is fact oriented. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience and would recommend Brent and Wedding Day Diamonds to anyone looking for a great, personal, and informative experience.

I could not have been happier with the service Natalie Vaught provided. She was patient, connected with us right away, and understood what style of ring we wanted. She was clear and detailed during the diamond showing and was in contact with me throughout the process, which made everything very manageable. I highly recommend visiting Natalie and Wedding Day Diamonds!

I purchased my engagement ring a two months ago with the help from Dane. My fiancee and I stopped in to just look and we were impressed with their selection. We stopped by again and she picked out a setting, but it was up to me for the stone.

Dane was really helpful in showing the various diamonds that they had in store. I was looking online at first, but actually looking at the stones makes a difference. I ended up picking up a "more flawed" stone, but it was larger and clear. The quality is fantastic and she always gets comments on her ring.

After purchase, the turnaround was pretty quick, < 3 weeks.

Their "no fine print" warranty is absolutely amazing. Maintenance is included and I was told that it wasn't necessary to stop in every 6 months. We haven't stopped in yet, so I can't fully comment.

Wedding Day at Bloomington has a wonderful selection, competitive pricing, and wonderful service. I highly recommend this store at this particular location.

Wedding Day Diamonds is the BEST jewelry store I have ever done business with. From buying beautiful jewelry to getting jewelry remounted, sized, to selling gold and silver they are second to none! Their selection and quality of rings are the best I have seen anywhere. Marie, Richard and Dane are very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Shauna, the manager, is always there to make sure you are totally satisfied. It is so important to TRUST the sales consultants when making such an important purchase. The personal touch, kindness and understanding of each customer's wishes is a hallmark of Shauna and the consultants at WDD. I never shop any other jewelry store.

Best Jewelry Store ANYWHERE. I have to say... I have bought jewelry from stores and dealers all over the world. And, Wedding Day in Bloomington, MN was, by far and above, the BEST jewelry store I have EVER had the pleasure of doing business with.

I came all the way from Massachusetts to MN to help my daughter Jessica, and her soon to be husband Nate pick out their rings. Before I arrived, all I kept hearing was how great Shauna Kleffman was and how helpful she had been while they considered their options for rings.

And, I have to say they were right. Shauna was truly AMAZING and a pleasure to do business with. She was very patient, courteous, and extremely informative. She was a very low pressure sales person that genuinely cared about the soon to be bride and groom, and made sure they were sure about their choices before writing up the sale.

Never in all my decades of buying jewelry have I seen someone so well suited for their job selling it, and so good at it too!

I would HIGHLY recommend Shauna Kleffman and Wedding Day to anyone in the market for jewelry!!!

Best Decision!. Wedding Day Diamonds went well above and BEYOND my experience with any other jewelry/engagement stores. From the moment I stepped in the door, W.D.D. was more comfortable than any of the other stores I'd visited. The staff (I worked with Dane) gave me his undivided attention. And even though I told him we were still there just looking, I recieved BETTER service and attention from him than the other stores.

Immediately upon leaving, my fiancee (who had been with me on numerous other 'ring store' visits) said, "If you haven't already bought a ring, I would LOVE it if you bought from them." As I began to meet with Dane, and eventually Shauna, the store manager, they knew the limited price I had and helped me find the ring my fiancee STILL gets comments from strangers about! My fiancee absolutely loves the ring I got her and I couldn't have done it without the people over at Wedding Day Diamonds. They spent a lot of time and effort making sure we could get me the best Diamond/Ring possible and their efforts have definitely been noted.

Very knowledgable and friendly.. Marie and Shauna could not have been nicer. They told me something about my diamond I never knew and even printed off the history behind the type of cut I have. Very cordial and up front about everything. Gave me good advice and lots of details. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Work with any budget!. My fiance and I went to Wedding day in Bloomington this last weekend, and had an AMAZING experience. Marie was a HUGE help! And they worked really hard to make sure I got the exact ring I want while still staying in my budget! They were awesome!
